Arrived here last minute before my flight to Chicago. No other pet salon would take my baby in for a walk in appt. Keira at the front desk is the best. She worked us in. Gave us a fair price and had such a nice demeanor that I was pleasantly surprised. She is such a professional that I was impressed. I came long ago, but moved out of the area. Once I moved back I found them again and have been taking my little girl Stella a few times here, and they have pampered and loved up on her. I love that they always go with the same haircut and never miss a beat. She comes home happy and excited and ready to just play. Definitely recommend them. They give great service, speed, and are very caring and nice people!

This is my fiancés dog. He has never had a worse grooming. After they cancelled two of his appointments they finally got him in and then absolutely butchered it. He has gouges of hair randomly chopped off and then long hair left all over. One leg looks like it was barley touched. His ears were randomly shaved some parts long and others shaved to the skin. He had matted hair in some spots so they decided to shave him down. But why leave so many spots completely untouched and some shaved to the skin?

Came to this amazing groomer and got taken care of. My pup looks so amazing thank you Tori for making my pup look amazing. Definitely recommend Cute cuts for Mutts. The price and the work quality is beyond amazing thank you again.

Earlier this morning, we received a text message from Cute Cuts for Mutts informing us that the groomer for our dog called in sick and that our appointment was cancelled. This is the second consecutive time our appointment has been cancelled due to a sick groomer. What’s even more disappointing is that we didn’t receive a phone call asking us to reschedule or even an apology for the inconvenience. Because of this repeated unreliability and lack of basic courtesy, we have decided to cancel our relationship with Cute Cuts for Mutts. Our dogs deserve better care and respect, and we will now be taking them to a groomer who values their clients and shows genuine care. We share this experience not just to inform others but to emphasize the importance of professionalism and communication. If you’ve faced similar issues, it might be time to find a better place for your pets. Our priority is always the well-being and happiness of our furry family members.

The best groomers all around! My Judah is not the easiest to groom as he has bad separation anxiety and is still a pup. They are patient and work well with my fur baby ❤️
