HORRIBLE CARE BY DESTINY My pup was FIRST appt and it took 2h for a half-done bath. They eye tears were not cleaned and the feet fur was not trimmed as specifically requested, no attempt at trimming nails either. The pup does not even smell clean. Sadly I left a 25% tip before seeing the shoddy care of my pup. Never again! Maybe they are too busy to do a decent job or lack supervision of young staff. Disappointing does not come close!
Once again Kerry did a fantastic job grooming Calamity Jane, our poodle puppy. Thank you to the whole caring staff for making this experience great.
They did a great job with our pup, getting her bathed and brushed.
Gabby did a wonderful job grooming and cutting my dog. I was so impressed she looked so beautiful! She came out of grooming happy so I know she was well taken care of! Thank you gabby for the great job and love you showed to our baby!
Grooming never answered. Then when they answered, I had to be transferred to Grooming. Then no one answered me again. This all happened in 3 minutes.
The worse service. I can't buy my dig his K/D dog can food because I need a prescription. I was never told i needed a prescription. Then, keep behind the counter. You now have l8st my business for good. Terrible service.
1st of all ladies you get no stars from us... You all should be ashamed of the gross job you did on my Yorkie ! You still charged me way too much for having my dog way over 3 hours and he looked just as bad if not worse when he came home!!! I should have gone to your store and refused to pay.
