The employees were very helpful in finding what I needed for my newly adopted kitten. One of them even helped me put the heavier items into my car. It was close to closing, but not once did they rush me or make me feel like they were in a hurry to leave. I recommend this location (on Veteran’s Blvd in Metairie, LA)!
They do a great job, but way understaffed. It takes 2-3 weeks to get a groom for my pup. Make your appt way in advance of your pups actual need future date.
Save yourself some frustration and go to the Harahan location instead. Messy story, out of items it says they have online, only one employee working hard while no one else is in sight. Parking lot full of trash. Clearly no one cares about this store
