Ryan's Pet Grooming & Sunrise Kennel Puppies

I met Ryan for the first time yesterday. He groomed my cockapoo and did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend him for your puppies needs.

16 year old dog still smelling great after 2 weeks. Every other groomer he smelt the same after 3 days! Relax environment for the animals after they are groomed Not 100s of dogs barking. First time my dog didn’t shake leaving or going to groomer! Highly recommend.

Ryan's Pet Grooming is awesome! I decided to give him a call after seeing his signs posted around Metairie and Kenner. Ryan is polite, kind, and very knowledgeable about his profession. I have two Shih Tzu dogs and they have not had the best groomers in the past. Ryan returned my pets clean, smelling fresh, and nails trimmed. They are groomed to perfection and their skin is so soft. Ryan did a fantastic job!

Great service. Easy to make last minute appointments and very reasonable prices. I used to wait 3 hours to get my dog back at other grooming facilities. My poor dog used to be kenneled for hours waiting his turn. Ryan had my dog ready in an hour and has a gated spot that my dog can relax in while he waits for me to come pick him up. I recommend him highly!

This place is absolutely horrible and shockingly unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely disorganized. Not only did they waste my time, but their lack of basic courtesy and competence was downright insulting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
