I definitely recommend this groomer. Rosy is so kind and patient with my senior pug. She takes her time grooming her and trimming her nails. Her customer service has always been exceptional, she explains anything weird that she may have noticed on my dog while grooming her and has given me tips on how clean her ears properly. I can tell she loves animals and loves what she does.

Amazing customer service and very professional! Owners Victor and Rosie truly love their job and it showed as soon as we walked in. Their daughter is adorable and helped me to check out. They greeted my dog with open arms and were very loving to her which I appreciate. They did a great job grooming her (wash, ear cleaning and nail trim). I’m very happy with their work and service. The staff is incredible. They are so caring and sweet to not inky the clients but my pet. They make sure they get the job done but correctly. You can truly see the love and passion they have towards these animals. I was blown away my first time there and immediately scheduled my pets next visit. AMAZING

I’m so happy I found an amazing place to groom my puppies. The service here is top notch, you can tell the owners love dogs and love what they do. My 4 month old puppy got her very first haircut and they did such a good job. It’s hard to find a skilled groomer nowadays.

Fantastic place! They really care for your furry family. We were there for 2.5 hours because my dog is as dumb as a bag of rocks and wont sit still, (I have to stay with him because of this, for every groomer) but they were very patient and calming with him and eventually got him all sorted. They had to work out so many hair knots, and they patiently worked them out over time. Other places just cut them out, leaving huge gaping holes in his fur. He is so soft, blown out, and fresh smelling now, he's like a whole different dog! I have attached some pics, and the last one is him at home finally able to just pass out. We will definitely be returning for our next grooming.

My Sugar has herniated disc when I brought her for spa & Rose was so extra careful in handling my dog & allowed me to hold my dog while grooming her, I also have another dog when I brought to the spa. & I can see the love for dogs of these nice couple. The place is clean & the price was not bad. Because of my good experience I started sharing to my friends & to my children

I have been taking my dog to Rosy for about four months. Some people have a gift - she certainly has the ability to understand pets. It must be her gentle nature and genuine love for each creature she takes care of. Her business is full of warmth and good vibes. We all love our pets dearly and are rightfully concerned about leaving them when we don’t know the facility. From the first visit I felt totally comfortable leaving Jasper with Rosy. She’s sweet , caring, professional and so very capable. She does an amazing job! She takes her time and will let you know exactly how your baby did during the visit. We have become regulars and I’m thrilled that my vet’s office recommended her. Trust your pets to Rosy. You will not be disappointed.
