Dogs really do hate getting her nails done. But we love coming here and they’re very patient and kind. Thank you.

I had a really great experience with the grooming and service. My dog is 5 years old and Doesn’t do well with grooming. I’ve taken him to several places and no one seems to have the patience to give him a good cut. They did so good with my maltipoo . I will be a long time customer. The person that answered the phone was so willing to help , that’s when I knew that my dog would be in great hands. Great Job ! He looks Great!

Terrible customer service! I was attempting to describe the cut I wanted for my pup to the owner and she kept interrupting and insisted she didn’t know what a visor cut was and told me "I was making up terms". I decided this was not the place I should leave my dog for safety concerns due to her aggression, I asked her for my pup back and I would not be leaving him, her PROFESSIONAL response was "good job". If she treated me this way, I can’t imagine how she treats pups when owners are not around.

Jennifer and her team are awesome, they work hard with little staff and they love all my animals. It has been hard for them since Covid. With the cost of supplies continually going up and staff shortages. But they have truly rescued my animals from noticing tumors, infections and when they might be running a fever. I love this place because I know they really love and care for my animals!

. I have taken my dogs here for about a year. Every time they come out looking great. Last time I went in when I picked up one of my dogs they informed me that she had ear infections and that she needed to go to the vet. So we went to the vet and yes she had a bad ear infection even though she didn't act like she did. I am so thankful they informed me. I read the other reviews and I find it funny. This is Midland everything is busy. People complain that there pups sit in a kennel all day. This is not true.... Have you ever given your dog a bath and dried and brushed and groomed them. It takes a long time for all that to happen. So I think they actually do a great job. My dogs who are not kept in kennels and are very spoiled, are not traumatized when we leave the groomers.

If I could do a minus I would do a -5. Worst salon owner ever. They are so bad at customer service it's pitiful. I asked if I could have a certain person groom my dog and the owner literally said yea were not dummies we know who you are. I was like wow. The moral of the story here is if they don't like you then what are they doing to your dog when you're not there. I'm sure they're abusing lots of dogs.

I was never told about" regular grooming schedule "and I have always taken my pet here before pandemic now she will never be seen or given an appt because they only take regularly scheduled dogs, well I am glad this is clarified today after 6 th request for an appointment . I was told I will never get an appointment . Thank you for finally clarifying, I have been wasting my time and will continue to waste my time if I try and call for an appointment again. I am so disappointed.
