I took my old girl Flirt in at 14 years old for her first professional grooming with my friend Nena. She had a build up of thick old dog undercoat that I was having a hard time removing. She was so excited to see Nena went I took her in. I had a full grooming package with a groom, trim and bath with a blowout to follow. Flirt came out with a beautiful trim and her undercoat was completely brushed out… her coat was so soft and fluffy. She was happy and everyone in the shop had loved on too! I’ve now book my other Mimi Aussie for next week. I love how friendly the staff is and how beautifully Flirt came out… she clearly love her spa day! Thank you again Nena! I will recommend your services in a heartbeat!

We brought our dog to Evolution in search of a groomer for our 10-year-old Briard who was overgrown and matted. I was as nervous as a first time kindergarten mama on the first day of school and was guilt-ridden because I’d not properly attended to her coat. Nena was amazing, and took wonderful care of or "puppy" who did really well throughout. Thomas (manager?) was in the store and was very positive, loves his work, and was so knowledgeable. Pet Evolution for the win. We’ll be back!!

Brought my angry shepsky here for a shed treatmemt. They have lots of resources and protocols for difficult dogs. I was so nervous he would be turned away but they were so great with him! They didn't push him to far but still did an amazing job. (For photo reference he does not let ANYONE pet him but the groomer sent us these) We definitely recommend this place!

Extremely Concerning Grooming Practices and total Disregard from Management I had an alarming experience at Pet Evolution in Mill Creek involving both of my Samoyeds. My female Samoyed left her appointment with a noticeable laceration that later became infected. Despite this injury, I was still charged extra because they claimed she was "disagreeable," even though she was kept there more than three hours past the stated grooming time. By the time she was finally brought out, she was clearly distressed and so thirsty she drank nearly 2 liters of water when I brought her to the car. My male was not yet ready when I went in 2.5 hours past the expected completion time. The groomer brought him out from a back area and I watched him fall off the grooming table because he was so exhausted. There is absolutely no excuse for allowing an animal to reach that level of fatigue or for failing to provide basic safety and supervision. When I raised these serious concerns, I was met with rudeness and complete dismissal from staff. I escalated the issue to management expecting accountability, but my concerns were entirely disregarded. The combination of injuries, unsafe handling, extended grooming times, and unprofessional treatment is deeply troubling. Based on my experience, I strongly warn other pet owners to rethink using this location for grooming services.

Unfortunately my dog had a horrible grooming experience and Pet Evolution did not take responsibility. First they shaved him so close on his rear that he got razor burn per the vet. I reported it immediately after. A few days later we took him back to the vet because he had a large scab developed. After the vet cleaned it, they noticed a cut and found 2 other places on his ears that were cut. I sent the bills and medical notes to Pet Evolution. Because the vet notes didn’t say the groomer did it, Pet Evolution failed to take responsibility. I asked to have the case escalated and did not hear back.

We used the self-wash room for dogs. Staff were nice, welcoming, and helpful. The room is equipped with elevated tiles tubs with controlled temperature shower heads and a non-skip mat. They have a special platform which can be added for short pets. They also had strong hair dryer which were very efficient. We arrived with a young Shiba Inu and a large Bernese Mountain Dog and overall, we had a great experience for our first time at this. My favorite part was that my back did not hurt after washing my dog! Thank you.

We have been bringing our 70-pound golden doodle to see Jacob the groomer for about 2 years now, and we could not be happier every time we go to pick up our boy. We dealt with the PetSmart inconsistencies for years before seeing Jacob regularly for the various services offered. Jacob always goes out of his way for us, and our boy seems very happy in his hands. Our boy and ourselves were extremely unhappy with previous groomers, but the care we receive here is the reason I am writing a review, and I want other owners to know that they can trust this business and trust that the feedback from the groomer is honest.
