PetSmart Grooming

I will never in my life take my dogs back to PetSmart on hwy 6 across from Walmart again I have two goldendoodles and they cut all their hair off didn't even take the time to even brush them out but charged me for brushing them out I prayed about it I really did but I will never take my dogs back over there again they shave my dogs bold I just wanted them to cut the hair on their back and brush out the legs and give them a bath and this is what I got take a look at those pictures and you'll see what I'm talking about I do not have no good review about this PetSmart they need to get better groomers in there that will take time out to groom dogs she just cut her hair all the way off and didn't even try to brush her out neither one of them she even cut the hair on their ears they was supposed to be fluffy now look at them then she told me that their hair will grow back like it wasn't a big deal basically they didn't know how long it would take the dog's hair to grow back the way that the dogs were let me post a picture of how the dogs were so you can see what I'm talking about the before picture and the after picture

I cannot say enough great things about Courtney at PetSmart Grooming! My dog has always struggled with severe anxiety during grooming appointments, to the point where previous groomers would call me to pick him up because they couldn’t complete the service. He recently turned one years old, and I decided to give it another try—this time at PetSmart, where we already visit Banfield Medical for vet needs. So we decided to give the grooming salon a try since my pup was already familiar with the store environment. Courtney exceeded all expectations! She was so patient and skilled at redirecting his anxious behaviors and keeping him calm throughout the process. I stayed in the store, nervously peeking through the window, fully expecting to get a call asking me to pick him up. But to my surprise, Courtney handled everything beautifully and gave him the best haircut he’s ever had( I had been trimming him myself at home🤦🏾‍♀️). I’m beyond impressed and so grateful for her professionalism and care. Courtney is now officially our groomer, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and talented groomer who knows how to handle anxious pups. Thank you, Courtney!

Consistently great people and customer service. Store is clean and welcoming for all pets. Prices are competitive. What's not to like.
