The Groom Room is the best! We have been taking our pomeranian (Dodger) there since his first haircut. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Absolutely competitive pricing and conveniently located next to the vet. We live on the other side of town and still make the drive to visit the Groom Room!
They did an amazing job on my border collie. My dog isn’t a fan of the groomers and she loved them! I won’t go to another place since I found this one, definitely recommend
Could not be happier. Drove over from Waterford and very glad I did. They are very knowledgeable, patient and did a fantastic job. My GSDs are BIG girls (145# and 110#) and they handled them with no problem. Their prices are very reasonable, which is also very important to me, as I'm on Soc Sec income. My girls both look GREAT! 💜 Thank you Groom Room.
Great Customer Service! I would give 10 stars if I could!!! I have a rescued pocket pit, that has a little problem with one of her ears... Ashley is always very careful when cleaning and washing the area. I'm a returning customer, who happens to go quite often. It's convenient that the vet is right next door. And the staff on both sides definitely makes you feel like your pooch is important and loved! My dog always comes back nice and clean!!!!
We’ve been taking our dogs here for a couple of years. They always remember the dogs and come out and visit. Our dogs love going there and we feel like they are well taken care of. They communicate well and always have selections for their needs. We will keep coming back
I have nothing but good things to say about Ashley and The Groom Room. They are some of the most compassionate and caring grooming professionals I've evee interacted with. They have taken such good care of my special needs dog, allowing him to have breaks and keep him from being stressed out. He has always come back clean, cute, and most importantly happy and calm. I cannot recommend The Groom Room enough.
The groom room was able to work my English mastiff in for a wash And nail trim on short notice. Super accommodating and they did a great job on Andre!
