The Magic Groom Bus

Nicole is tremendous and so easy to work with. I was able to get both of my dogs in at the same time and they loved it! My German Shepherd is fussy and Nicole didn’t mind at all. My Aussiedoodle came home as soft and looking like a teddy bear. Nicole’s pricing is in line with local shops and her convenience puts her above the rest. We will be scheduling with her again!

Nicole is the dog whisperer. My Rufus hates baths and everything that goes with it, but Nicole always manages to accomplish it all with much less angst! She is very thorough. My handsome little guy looks amazing!

I cannot recommend this groomer at all. This is the second time I booked with them and my dog wasn’t groomed either time. The first time I booked with them they canceled on me the day of and it left a bad taste in my mouth so I found another groomer who does an amazing job (the grooming shed). Unfortunately, his regular groomer was booked up and I really didn’t want to wait until the end of the month for him to get groomed so I decided to give them another chance since they sent out holiday grooming texts and I was able to get an appointment a few days later. The woman gets here and I walk my dog out and he starts sniffing her hand. He growled and she didn’t like it and she told me she couldn’t groom him today because he showed aggression. I told her if she doesn’t have a muzzle I can grab his but she didn’t want to groom him anymore. I told her I gave him a sedative and he just takes a minute to get acclimated with new people (like any dog) but she didn’t want to try and left. I understand aggression from a dog can be scary but as a groomer I would think you would be trained to handle the situation better than that. I gave him a sedative and was willing to get his muzzle but she didn’t even try. I take my dog to a professional trainer and he’s well behaved he just gets anxious around new people.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this groomer. I took a newly adopted dog to her shop,as my regular groomer couldn't fit him in, on shorty notice. Admittedly, he was way passed needing a groom. However, he did not receive a thorough groom at this shop. There were quite a few missed areas, including one patch on the end my dog's nose...which was clearly visible. She also did not clean or remove fur from his ears, and my vet indicated his nails were still too long. I contacted the owner to have the areas fixed, and she gave me an appointment 3 weeks into the future. My dog was sick on the day of the new appointment, and even after texting her (per her phone message), she didn't receive my message. Also, I wasn't offered an opportunity to reschedule. I took my dog to my regular groomer, and my regular groomer did an amazing job. Also worth noting, her shop fees are much higher than other groomers, and for that amount of money, my dog should have received a better groom I also shouldn't have needed to wait 3 weeks for a repair appointment.

Very impressed although my pitbull jewlz looks sweet and innocent she is far from calm when it comes to her nails and bath time and Nicole handles her great and gets the job done and jewlz absolutely loves her I highly recommend magic groom bus

Magic Groom Bus came to our home and groomed our girl Chanel today! They did a great job and she looks adorable! 10/10 recommend! Super convenient too! I will definitely call them again.

We were so excited to have the Magic Groom Bus come to our place! The communication from the business did indicate that the groomer could be up to one hour late. However, we heard nothing until almost 3 hours post-appointment time saying she was running late and wanted to reschedule the following morning. No. No. NO!! If my business and support is not worth the courtesy of a 10 second timely text or call, then I will not support or recommend your establishment! So disappointed. And...my dog was unnecessarily sedated for the day. 😡😭😩
