Best groomer in Berks County! I have been taking our French Bulldog 'Halo' to Kristy's Pet Palace since she was a newborn to have her nails trimmed on a monthly basis. Halo will NOT let anyone else trim her nails, including her momma! Kristy's Pet Palace is truly a diamond in the rough and we would never ever consider taking our frenchie anywhere else! ♥️

Kristy is so much more than a groomer! If it weren’t for her our Chance would still be suffering with horrible skin allergies. She suggested we eliminate chicken from his diet and within 12 days he is a new dog! Thousands at the vet, constant questioning the vet and all the shots she suggested and it was literally just his food. She cares about Chance, he loves her and I believe she loves him. What groomer text you to see how your dog is doing 1,2 and 3 weeks post appt. We are so lucky to have found her.

You can feel Kristy's passion for the work she does from the moment you meet her, and you can see it in the incredible grooming techniques she does. Kristy is an excellent cat groomer!

Please go to Kristys!! She’s exceptional. I just moved to the area and my dog had been going to the same groomers for years. I was hesitant about changing. After meeting Kristy and dropping Sputnik my dog off for his appointment I left with a sigh of relief that he was in good hands. He looks great, the price was right, and kristy was enjoyable!

When I called to inquire about making an appointment, I was disappointed to find out that they were booked six months out. But Krysty could not have been any more helpful, providing several alternatives and even pricing options. This is customer service at its best! Even when you can’t take care of the customer yourself you refer them thoughtfully and carefully to someone who can serve their needs. It’s so good to know there are still people out there like that!

Kristy has been my groomer for over 15 years. She has always gone above and beyond. Recently she was out of work for 9 months, due to a spinal cord tumor being found- and the day she was told she could return to work- I got a text from her. I could not have been happier !! I had to take my little dog somewhere while Kristy was out - I found a girl off old Fritztown Rd- which is literally 3 blocks from my house. I thought "wow! PERFRCT- I can even walk there !" Never. Again. 😂 I realized how much I really do love and appreciate her. My dog went the rest of the 6 months with just me trimming him. 😂 He has always come out of Kristys wagging his tail, with a pep in his step- and every time without fail- will turn back to her to get one final pet and kiss. He adores Kristy. I always thought he was just happy -- until I saw him come out of that other groomers - he was drooling horribly, his head hung as he was pulling HARD to get out of there.( Needless to say that haircut looked like what I did the next 6 months - minus the nicks under both of his armpits). Bottom line is- as long as I have dogs - and kristy is working- Kristy will be the ONLY one to touch them. The love, kindness, patience and talent she has is above the rest. Kristy- we love you!!!! Kristy is AMAZING! I have been taking my Dakota to her for over 2 years now and she has shown such love and patience when working with him. She reads him so well and has given him the time he needed to adjust to grooming. Kristy is as invested in his well being as I am and I am so happy we found her.
