Jay and Luke did an amazing job with our large German Shepherd Bear. They can have a bit of an attitude problem, but Jay and Luke had absolutely no problem handling him in the most professional way. This was the first time Bear had been to a groomer, and they made him feel comfortable and a great experience for him. They even sent me a picture and update halfway through showing that he was OK. When we picked him up, he looked better than he has ever looked. They took the extra time to go over everything they did with him and even gave advice on how to maintain his fresh new look. I would highly recommend Highland Grooming to anybody. Bear can’t wait to go back. Thank you for all that you do.

Highland Groomers did an excellent job with our puppy’s very first grooming. They took the time to explain the process, which really put us at ease as first time puppy parents. Truman looks incredibly handsome, and even a few days later he still smells great. Most importantly, he came home happy and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better first grooming experience.

I have a 1-year-old Cavapoo named Rocky, and after a terrible first grooming experience a few months ago that left him scared and traumatized, I was really nervous about trying again. I found Highland Grooming LLC through a Google search, and I’m so glad I did. From the start, the experience was completely different. The owner was incredibly patient, understanding, and clearly experienced—especially with Cavapoos, which gave me extra peace of mind since she has two of her own. She took the time to make Rocky feel comfortable and safe, which meant a lot after what he had been through. Not only did she handle him with care and compassion, but she also groomed him exactly the way I asked—he looked perfect! It was such a relief to see Rocky come out happy instead of stressed. I’m beyond grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown, and I highly recommend Highland Grooming LLC to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about your pet.

Jay at Higland Grooming was absolutely amazing. I took my fur baby to meet her before booking an appointment so they could meet. She made sure she new exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions. When i took him in to get groomed she took her time to be sure he was comfortable and payed attention to detail. I will be booking all my fur baby Grooming with her. Highly recommended. Thanks Jay for taking care of my baby. He was so happy when he got home.

So thankful we found Highland Grooming! First visit was a de-shed for our pups ( husky and husky/gsd mix) and we couldn’t be happier! Their set up is impressive. We’ll definitely be long time customers!

I’ve never been to a more awesome grooming place since I’ve owned dogs for the past 23 years. Jay is meticulous and she’s so very good with my goldendoodle. I’m very fortunate to have found her services. 🥰

My 2 dogs and I just love Jay. She is very patient and loving to the dogs. I love the one on one grooming and her shop is immaculately clean and sterile. She also did my last dog who was totally blind and the love and patience she gave to her was above and beyond kind and gentle. I highly recommend this shop. ♥️
