I’ve been getting my dog Bernie groomed at Fancy Face for a few years and I am never disappointed. Amber the owner mentioned she provides boarding services when we were chatting after a grooming session one day. I’ve always felt uneasy leaving my dog at our usual boarding place for many days during a long busy holiday. My dog likes to snuggle and be a part of the family. I felt he needed a little more care, which is hard to come by over the Christmas Holiday. Amber assured me Bernie could hang out with her and her other dogs (after seeing if they got along first.) I’m so glad we sent Bernie to Amber. She sent pictures of him snuggled up on the couch happy as a clam. He had a blast hanging out with her family and his new doggy friends while we were away. What I noticed most was the difference when we picked him up compared to the other boarding spot. He seemed so much happier! Amber offers all the things our other boarder does. She brushed him everyday, walked him everyday, gave him Kong toys, and even gave him a bath before sending him home. The peace of mind was priceless, I’m so glad we found Amber to board him in the future!!!

FINALLY found a groomer who knew what they were doing. I have a Newfoundland and a lot of places do not take this size dog and those that do unfortunately do not do a good job. The only place that we found that did a decent job was our vet but they have one drop-off time for all grooms for the day so your dog can be there almost a full day(caged) which made my dog HATE going. I then tried about 4 other places and she would come home still wet with a matted undercoat. Not anymore!!! Amanda is AMAZING!!! Not only did my dog not have a single wet or matted spot on her but she actually liked it there! We came in to get her and she was not in a cage. She was just hanging out near Amanda's dog which really helped lessen her anxiety. Normally she drags us out of the groomer but not his time. If you are shopping around for pricing just know that they are slightly higher in price than other places but you definitely get what you pay for and this is worth every penny. The fact that I didn't have to come home and groom a dog that had just been groomed, and not to mention the fact that my dog was not stressed out at all to be there, was worth the little bit extra that they charge.

I highly recommend Fancy Face. We received the call yesterday from our vet that every animal family dreads. Our sweet rescue shih tzu/chihuahua has been with us 9 years and the end will be here soon for her. We wanted her to look and feel her best so we called our groomer of 9 years to find they have closed with their groomers moving to Fancy Face. I was so reluctant to try something new, but went ahead. Fancy Face got us right in. I cannot express enough how kind and sweet the entire team was to both our dog and to us. We sat in our car and watched them swoon over her. We know she felt the love, and so did we. She looks adorable, a wonderful cut. Thank you Fancy Face.

Not only did the groomers have immense patience for our German Shepard puppy their other animals did as well! Our baby is very curious and their dog there was able to correct her and keeep her calm! I was very nervous about taking our dog to a groomer because she is a reactive puppy and of course since she’s a German Shepard I was afraid they were going to dismiss her as an aggressive breed. But they handled her amazingly!!!! They did a fantastic job on her coat and paws 10/10 highly recommend !

Great service! Our cocker spaniel Jasmine looked amazing after her haircut and smelled fresh. Very nice people work here. Great job guys

I followed Steph here. My Westies are pretty high energy and require someone who is calm and assured. She always grants my requests without question. Malcolm and Millie always look and feel fabulous after a day at Fancy Face !!
