Wiggle Butts Mobile Dog Grooming

I reached out to Wiggle Butts about 2 weeks ago after needing to get my 12 yo lab mix scheduled for grooming after the previous facility we got her groomed at was unable to take her due to symptoms exhibited as a result of ongoing medical issues that we’re actively working on addressing with our veterinarian. I reached out to Wiggle Butts and explained our situation, and was promptly met with a response! Providing history and vaccination info was easy through an online form and once complete I was easily able to make an appointment. We were paired with Jenny, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful the day of our scheduled grooming and did a great job with our dog! Pricing is adequate for the convenience of mobile services, mileage/gas, and quality of the service we received! Communication was professional and reliable. This was my first time ever using Wiggle Butts and a mobile groomer and I’m very satisfied how everything went!

Unfortunately one of my Chihuahuas grows into a wirey hairy mess so he needs a trim every few months.. We were lucky enough to get Tonya as our Grooming professional and it has been a wonderful experience every time. Not only has she Always made time for my little man but even last minute days before christmas for an emergency trim she showed up and did an amazing job. It is worth EVERY penny to know Bo Bo is with Tonya right in front of his house just him and her.. Im just not a big fan of other places grooming dogs in a room with 6 other dogs.. Bowie is too hyper and the thought of him in a room with other dogs getting groomed gives me a little anxiety so to get to pass him off at the front door to Tonya truly has been a blessing for the last couple years for us and we could not be happier! Absolutely outstanding service. Groomer day use to blow an entire day for us. Drop off go home go back then back home. There was nothing wrong with our groomer except distance and time it took to transport back and forth. My husband found wiggle butts and prob picked them for the catchy name. I am hard to please and my Goldendoodle is not easy to groom. Jennifer exceeded our expectations and I am a loyal customer. I’d recommend her to family.

From initially reaching out and communicating, to Karen showing up to care for our pup, all interactions were professional and comforting. Our dog unfortunately has some PTSD from previous dog grooming incidents, and is very sensitive to grooming, but Karen was so kind and took her time to work with him and figure out ways to make him feel comfortable during his initial appointment. She even sent us an update during his appointment, which was extra reassuring! We were very impressed and grateful for our experience and look forward to working with this business for future grooming needs.

Karen is the MOST amazing groomer! Our dog Jonah loves her and he always looks stunning after his bath and haircut. She is incredibly sweet, prompt, thoughtful and skilled. Jonah gets completely spoiled every time and everyone agrees he always looks fabulous. The convenience and comfort are unbeatable. While there are luxuries one could cut - THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT ONE OF THEM! A true gem!!!!!

Karen was awesome with my 2 yr old mix german shepard. He is a lot to handle and she did a fantastic job. Will be asking for her again!

I highly recommend this company, particularly the groomer, Tonya. She is gentle and patient with my Shih Tzu who can be very challenging. I love the convenience of this mobile service.
