Gail's Groomerie

Gail’s Groomerie does beautiful work! I own a Pet Daycare & Boarding Facility called The Gold Leash Pet Hotel & Daycare and although we do basic grooming, we do not cut hair. So I researched and came across this place to bring my toy poodle, Barbie, and bernadoodle, Dakota. They consistently do a great job and are very patient as Dakota is a rescue with high anxiety and abandonment issues, and they help coordinate with me where I bring him to go straight into the tub and onto the table for his cut, and when they are almost done they call me to go and get him so he never has to be crated as crates are a trigger point for him. I appreciate them so much for this and my babies look beautiful. I tell all my customers to take their doodles there for cuts, I highly recommend.

Best groomer I have ever been to! You can really tell that everyone who works here loves animals, especially the owner! I have 2 golden doodles who tend to get a little tangled from time to time and this is the first groomer I have been to who hasn’t made me bad about my girls getting a little matted on occasion. I always feel so comfortable leaving my girls here. They always look so amazing when I pick them up! I’m sad I moved out of the area and will need to find a new groomer. Thanks, Gail’s Groomerie for always doing such a great job!

I've been using Gail's Groomerie for about 20 years with all different breeds. Large and small dogs, too. Lana is amazing and never disappoints me when I pick up my dogs! I highly recommend this dog groomer. Thank you Lana!!! Before and after photos!

I am new to Naperville and needed a place that will trim my cats nails. She hates having her back paws touched so I can’t do them myself. I asked a Facebook group where the best place to go for this was and I was referred to Gail’s Groomerie! Best prices I’ve seen in town and there is no appointment necessary for the nail trim - just walk in! There was even a little window to see them grooming the animals so I could watch my cat get trimmed and could see that she was handled with care. I was in and out within 5 minutes. The staff was extremely kind and everything was perfect! This is definitely my new go to place and cannot recommend this enough! I am super thankful and relieved to find a new place for nail trims.

This review is well overdue- I’m very picky where it comes to me sending my fur babies as one has special needs and the other one has a very Diva personality and was subjected to abuse at another facility. They are very kind and gentle with my babies! My babies look amazing after their groom and they make little notes about their personalities and things I prefer with them. I would drive about an hour to take them to a groomers I like but I will definitely say that taking them here was the best decision ! You can tell the groomers are passionate about what they do and their work shows! Make sure to definitely try it out you won’t be dissatisfied

Wonderful place! So great with dogs, but extra special with my cat! They do nail trim walk ins which was a big help too! Same employees for a long time, so that also shows what a great place it is to work! Highly recommend!

Great job on our grooming my little gizmo!!! All three dogs go there and get treated great and with kindness!! Always come back!! Will recommend for sure!
