I am seriously so happy with the grooming experience we had at Sudzy Puppy in Naperville! I brought my labradoodle in for his very first professional haircut, and it was a smash hit! First off, the entire staff is just incredibly friendly. When I called to confirm my reservation, there was a little hiccup,they couldn't find my reservation, but they immediately said, "No problem! Come on in!" That flexibility and welcoming attitude meant so much. My groomer was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and helpful, giving me fantastic advice and great recommendations about what kind of cut would be best for my doodle. And the results? Oh my goodness! I am ecstatic with how cute he looks! This place is a gem. I am already planning our next visit and I will be shouting my recommendation for Sudzy Puppy from the rooftops to all the dog parents I know! You guys are awesome! Miles loves you guys!

Christina O. was fantastic; she really listened to what I wanted and gave Aura the perfect haircut. Aura looks absolutely adorable and smells wonderful! The salon was spotless and inviting, and I felt completely at ease leaving Aura in their capable hands. Our groomer, Darien, did a phenomenal job on my toy poodle’s haircut. It was beautifully done, natural, and perfect for her. No heavy perfumes, just clean, thoughtful grooming + nails. What stood out to me was how my pup came home. She was genuinely happy, calm, and relaxed, almost like she had been on a mini spa session.This is a huge difference compared to other grooming places (Bowie Barker, PetSmart) where she returned anxious, scared, hiding, and not wanting to eat. It's clear Sudsy Puppy prioritizes gentle handling and comfort. I have been taking my dogs to Sudzy Puppy for over 10 years now. It is on its third owner. I was pleased with cut Darien gave my Shih Tzu/poodle. However, his front nails were longer than the back nails. I made an appointment to go back to have his nails clipped but missed the appointment When finally being able to reschedule, and told I would be charged for the service. I questioned why. The groomer (Darien) told me that I had a lot of complaints in the past years so I should probably look for another place to groom my dog. Is asking for the cut to be a little longer than the next time a complaint? I have never been judged like this before or been spoken to so rudely by a person where customer service was what I the business is centered around. The new owner, also reiterated the history of my "complaints" and suggested I find a different grooming place. ....I thought it was a customer's right to comment on a service being given? I will never go back to this place, even though I am very disappointed because 10 years is a long time to be loyal to a business. Very disappointing

Cristina did an amazing job grooming my mini golden doodle, Louie! His cut looks perfect, and he came back looking clean & super FLUFFY.

We have been clients of Sudzy over a year now and it's hands down the best groomer and team ever! Ryan especially is the best. Our dog Harmony loves her visits, they take amazing care of her. They also are very focused on seemless tech by setting up appointments via text, which makes life so easy! Thank you Sudzy team!
