We brought our puppy to Scenthound Naperville for her very first grooming experience, and we truly couldn’t be more pleased. From the moment we arrived, the level of care and attention was exceptional. The team was incredibly gentle and patient, taking the time to thoughtfully introduce her to the grooming process in a way that made her feel completely at ease. The groomers are highly knowledgeable and every detail was handled with such care. It’s clear they take great pride in what they do. Her coat has never looked better—so soft and shiny. They carry their own exclusive all-natural shampoo and conditioner line. You can immediately tell they only use premium, high quality products. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. Everything about this place is unlike anything we’ve experienced locally. Beyond the grooming itself, the customer experience is truly exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. We are incredibly grateful for the positive first experience they created for our puppy, and it’s safe to say they’ve earned a loyal, repeat customer. We couldn’t recommend them more highly—an easy five stars!

I cannot explain properly in words how impressed I am. I am the Human of a 14-year-old husky. I am always very leery about taking him to the groomer because of his hip dysplasia. They took such exceptional care of him. I was fully updated on how his experience went. They were incredibly gentle and accommodating. And they helped me get him back into the car because that is always a challenge. I’m so impressed that I’m almost getting teared up just talking about this.

We have been brining our standard poodle Bentley to Scenthound for several for months and have loved their services. My partner has allergies so we switched to the unlimited plan which is perfect for our family. Bentley always smells great and looks awesome. The team is very professional and are very patient with my anxious doggie. Thank you for the great service!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SCENTHOUND!! My dogs Gigi & Hamilton (aka Hammy) love it too!! Scenthound's #1 priority is the overall well-being of their furry clients! They do fabulous grooming but most of all they focus on my dogs physiological health. Hammy is blind, I'm so grateful to the staff for taking great care of him!! After the appointment they discuss the state of my dogs hygiene and health concerns (if any) that should be addressed with my Vet or I have the Scenthound package to chat with their 24/7 Vet. Talk about CONVENIENT!! Gigi, Hammy and I always leave Scenthound happy - dogs have a pep in their step which says a lot! I took my boys, Wyatt (85 lbs) and Doc (124 lbs) to Scenthound for the first time last month and Scenthound is awesome!! Everyone is friendly, upbeat and helpful. Wyatt is very outgoing and was smiling the whole time. Doc is quieter but he was smiling too. We signed up to go every month. I'm so grateful to have a place to take my boys where they will be so well taken care of.

Scenthound has been providing care and service to my labradoodle since they opened almost a year ago. I have been very happy with them. Excellent front desk staff. Great communication. Appointments are easy to make via their app when not made in person. ‘Summer’ has never had a bad cut, and I have never been less than completely satisfied with every visit she has had there. Big shoutout to Chrissy who groomed our girl today. Our most favorite cut yet.
