Floof Grooming Salon

This was my bernedoodle puppy’s first full groom and Hannah did AMAZING! We had gone to floof 2 times prior for the puppy groomings and they were great as well. I was nervous for her first full cut but they took time to talk through what we wanted and I couldn’t be happier with her cut. Everyone is so kind! Highly recommend 🙂

I was really hesitate when it came to finding a groomer for my Bernedoodle puppy because I found a lot of groomers wouldn’t take the time to give him the groom I was looking for. Angela the owner is amazing and took a lot of time to educate me on my puppies coat because I couldn’t understand why his coat was matting- it felt like i couldn’t do anything to keep up with it and the last thing I wanted to do was shave my doodle down to his skin. She took so much time so help me create a game plan with a grooming schedule so after his most recent grooming I could be on the path to getting him fluffy but manageable again. I truly couldn’t recommend a salon more that is willing to have the time and patience to get you the groom that you’re looking for but also keeping the pup in mind if it’s something that could cause any discomfort.

I’ve been bringing my mini Goldendoodle, Luca, to Floof for over a year, and it’s hands-down the best grooming experience we’ve had. Other groomers took 4–5 hours with inconsistent results, but at Floof, he’s done in 2 hours and always looks perfect. Stephanie is so sweet and patient—Luca loves her! He’s also seen other groomers there and had a great experience every time. We love Floof!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my large German Shepherd, Major, to Floof Nashville for grooming this week and we had a great experience. Major has separation anxiety and doesn’t love being around other dogs, so I was a little nervous going in (honestly, my anxiety may have been worse than his 😅). The girls at Floof were absolutely wonderful. They allowed me to walk him back and even came out to the parking lot halfway through to let me know he was doing great, which meant so much to me. Major didn’t want to go back at first, and they could clearly tell we were both a little upset—but they handled everything so calmly and kindly. They really know how to ease anxious dogs and anxious owners. When he was done about 40 minutes later, Major was so clean, shiny, and fluffy. I couldn’t be happier with the care he received. Five stars all around—we will definitely be back!

I’ve only taken my dog Juno to get his nails trimmed here once so far, but they did such an amazing job! I have a one-year-old German Shepherd puppy who really does not enjoy having his Nails trimmed it is quite anxious in new settings.. he was quite difficult during the appointment, but they still managed to trim his nails and were an amazing help and so patient with him the whole time! I will definitely be coming back

They do a great job with Finn. They always get the cut and length right every time. Other groomers take 4-5 hours, but they’re quick here and only take 2-2.5 hrs. We will continue to come back and share this place with others!

I’ve been bringing my dog to Floof consistently for the past three years. For his most recent appointment, I specifically asked to confirm that Stephanie—who had been grooming him for the last two years—would be doing his groom. I was not informed that she no longer works there. While that was disappointing, I was completely fine with it and even open to having someone new groom him. I was also given a specific time to return and pick him up. However, when I arrived at that time, I was told it would be another 30 minutes to an hour. This led me to believe that my dog had not been started at his scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, when I eventually saw him, the groom looked nothing like what I had asked for or the reference photos I provided. While that was frustrating, it was not the most concerning part of the experience. When I arrived, my dog was sitting in a glass crate, visibly shaking. I watched as someone walked by and throw a backpack directly on top of the crate while he was inside. I stood at the front desk for approximately ten minutes while multiple employees walked past me without acknowledging me. When someone finally came to the desk, they asked which dog was mine—but even then, it took several more minutes before he was brought to me. Watching my dog tremble in the crate while items were placed on top of it was extremely upsetting and felt very traumatic. I understand that crating was implemented after a past incident where a dog got loose, but this situation felt like the opposite of a safe or calming environment for dogs. In my opinion, this was a worst-case scenario for how to severely stress and frighten an animal and the owner.
