Furvana Pet Salon

I’ve been coming here for years but must write a note after a recent experience. They are so kind and thoughtful here. They are so gentle with my pup and so kind to me (anxious dog mom here 😅)

Their website says to come in and do walk-ins for nail trimming and quick services. I went in to get a nail trim and they told me I had to make an appointment, but to not even make an appointment because they’re too fully booked to take on any new clients. It seems nice in there, but they need to update their website so that people aren’t wasting their time with walk-ins.

Rachel is great, my dog loves her, I love walking into a calm, quiet building, no other dogs, no anxiety, no barking, no stress. And Shaq looks awesome when she's done and he's happy. SHINY dog!

I absolutely love this shop! The women who work here are amazing and so great with my dog. She is so ezcited to come in every time, even though she's a nervous Nelly getting her nails done.

Rachel is wonderful with our wild boys! Since she only handles her clients on an individual basis, the visit is always quick and easy. We've been clients for a couple years, and she always does a wonderful job.

We love Furvana. Our pup doesn't love getting fussed with but Rachel is so even-keeled and gentle that our terrier remains relaxed. And after a face trim, she still looks like herself (which is not always the case elsewhere). Prices are great, salon is clean, and i love that they're only dealing with one client at a time.

Great salon and caring owner. I appreciated the personal appointment for my shih tzu puppy. Rachel took great care with my little guy even though he's not completely comfortable with getting his face groomed. The salon is very open and you can see the workstations from the entryway. Plus, it's super clean. My pup looks great and was a happy boy when I picked him up. And, No kennel needed. We show up for our scheduled time and Rachel called us to pick him up less than two hours later. Perfect experience. Thank you so much!
