Urban Mutt

We had such a great experience at Urban Mutt! Our Skylar Grey’s cut was absolutely perfect. The way they shaped her legs is so even & proportional , she looks amazing! You can truly tell they pay attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

They provide exceptional customer service! The bonus is that my dog knows the name "Jose", he wags his tail when I tell him he’s gonna go see Jose! It’s comforting to know they are loving on him! Of course my dog always looks handsome after a visit to Urban Mutt!

So many poodles every time we visit. We drop off our furry 12 pounder (pug/shitzu) with a double coat and they do a great job with her. The poodles always look great.

I’m hoping this was an off day, I am extremely disappointed and shocked given all the good reviews.. which is why I am leaving this one. Took my golden retriever and Australian Shepherd here for a full grooming and it is clear whoever did their cuts had no idea what they were doing. For the golden, you do not shear a golden retriever like this or cut their hair this short. This is not an extraordinary breed or even remotely difficult, there is no excuse. This should have been an easy gig and they completely butchered it. For the Aussie, not only was a huge chunk taken out of his chest but the shaping of his face was poorly done. They also took a clipper to his coat which is unacceptable, this breed should be trimmed with scissors. And for this price point it is reasonable to expect that. Not a chance I would ever take them back here. Plenty of other places in NB.

Lizzy was our groomer and she did a great job with our girl! She cleaned up her mats without shaving her and cut her exactly the way I had asked, we will definitely be coming back! They also offer "curbside" so I was able to call them when I parked and they brought Bee out to my car and I paid from my car. This was extremely helpful so I didn’t have to unload my baby from her car seat and have to bring her in!

I’ve been bringing my (14 year old) senior Yorkie to Urban Mutt for almost a year…when we moved back to TX last year, I had no idea where to take her! I’m so glad I found Jose and his team! Jose has the kindest demeanor and he’s clearly the best at his profession. When I brought Bella in for her appointment last week, I asked Jose if he could give her a bit of a makeover, since we typically keep her coat on the longer side. I told him I completely trusted his judgment in what he thought would look best. He did such a fantastic job!! She looks young and fresh! Thank you so much, Jose! We appreciate you!

We had the best experience at Urban Mutt! Both me and my pup were a little nervous about her first, but much needed grooming experience. From drop off to pick up, Jose and the staff made us feel relaxed and at ease! Molly looked amazing and we will be loyal customers!
