PetSmart Grooming

I love Petsmart's Express grooming service for my senior dog-- and I especially appreciate Brooke's kind attention to my pup. I have tried four groomers in New Braunfels and the only one that offers a one-hour bath is Petsmart. My giant elderly dog can't handle a four-hour appointment or being kenneled during grooming (it makes her unbelievably anxious). Since we found Brooke and the express service, I get a beautifully clean dog and she is much less stressed. Brooke is kind and professional, knows me and my dog as well as the routine that we need to keep her happy. She goes above and beyond for each bath!

The grooming staff at PetSmart took incredible care of my dog, Lexi. From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming, patient, and genuinely attentive. They treated Lexi like she was their own, making sure she felt calm and comfortable the entire time. When I picked her up, Lexi looked amazing — clean, perfectly groomed, and clearly happy. You can tell the groomers take real pride in their work and truly care about the pets they serve. Huge thank you to the entire grooming team for going above and beyond for Lexi. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others. Outstanding service all around.

Terra in the grooming salon is wonderful. You know when you leave your dog there she will take excellent care of your pet. I drive from Kyle just for Terra.

Dorie did an amazing job with my dog, Denali. She even took care to keep Denali’s long eyelashes when trimming the fur around her eyes, something no groomer has made the effort to do before. I could tell Denali felt safe and comfortable while there. 💙 Thank you, Dorie!

The grooming center is fantastic. Terra and Brooke always take great care of my extra large fur babies and one is super furry. All the staff has been very friendly with me over the couple years we have been using their services with our rescue dogs.

Took our girls to get their baths and nails trimmed. They were treated well and looked and smelled so much better. We will be coming back again. The ladies did a great job.

The store does curbside pick up yet they do not provide the number for you to call for them to come outside therefore making you go into the store and wait for an associate to then get your order
