Really impressed! Was super easy to book. Arrived to a clean facility, fully stocked with all you need, and clear instructions on how to use the washing/drying station. Def recommend and will be on our regular schedule!

We had a great experience at Maxx & Fluffy’s! It was so easy to book online and the process from top to bottom was seamless. Our pup doesn’t love water (or blow dryers) but it was a clean, safe and serine space to bathe our boy. It truly felt like a little "doggie spa" with all the amenities and treats to pamper your pup!

Finally a self wash dog place in the UWS! The space is extremely clean and everything is labeled nicely. The dog washing room is spacious and has all the amenities you need for your dog. They even have free treats to help make the washing experience better for your dog! Would highly recommend checking out!

I really enjoyed this place and was actually paying for a membership until recently. Unfortunately, they have updated their services from 1 hour per reservation to 30 minutes, at the same price as before. This is extremely disappointing as I loved having a place on the Upper West Side for self service grooming, but my dog is large and furry and 30 minutes to set up and complete the bath is just not enough. Following this new pricing structure I will instead be going to Petco in Union Square or Astoria Dog Wash, both of which are considerably less expensive and do not come with such a short time limit.

I had such a great experience at this self-wash dog station! The place is clean, spacious, and well-organized. They provide everything you need towels, treat. I’m so glad there’s a convenient spot like this in the neighborhood where I can wash my dog without any hassle. Highly recommended!

Just tried out Maxx & Fluffy’s new self-service dog wash and I’m seriously impressed. The setup is modern, spotless, and super convenient. No mess at home, no stress—everything you need is right there. My dog actually enjoyed the experience (which never happens during bath time)! The elevated tubs are a back-saver! So happy to have a spot like this nearby—bath time just got a major upgrade.

This was such a great experience for our old girl (and us)! Giving her a bath at home is a challenge, and Maxx & Fluffy’s made it a breeze. She’s the softest and shiniest she’s ever been!
