Owner Jill sets the tone with her passion, expertise, and genuine love for every pup that comes through the door. The team is knowledgeable, attentive, and treats each dog as if they were their own. Not only do they provide top-notch grooming services that leave your furry friend looking their best, but their Instagram is also a must-follow! It’s both informative and hilarious, filled with helpful tips, adorable before-and-after shots, and funny moments that brighten your day. I’m obsessed and get a good chuckle every day. My beautiful and intelligent dogs sense when I’m pulling up in the car. They get so excited to see their friends! If you’re looking for a place that combines skill, care, and personality, Doggone It is the place to go. Highly recommend!

We’ve been taking our 13-year-old "old man" pup to Doggone-It for years, and honestly, he always leaves looking like he’s ready to star in a shampoo commercial. The name says it all — Doggone-It, they do an amazing job! Even though he’s scared of pretty much everything (including his own shadow), the team treats him with so much patience and care. He comes home fresh, clean, and sporting the cutest themed bandanas that make him look way cooler than the rest of us. Sure, it’s not the cheapest place in town, but you can’t put a price on a handsome senior dog who smells good. If your pup needs a glow-up and a little extra TLC, Doggone-It is the place. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our furry grump!

Jill and her team are great! It’s the only place my dog runs down the sidewalk to get to- every other place I had to drag her in. I’ve always followed her recommendations about length and never been disappointed with the cut. My dog is terrible when it comes to getting his nails clipped and Jill is incredibly creative and patient. I have even started sending her there for daycare and she loves it. Thank you to Jill and her team for taking great care of Ava!

It was our first time visiting this place. We are from South Korea. I was worried because it was our first time in the U.S. for our dog's grooming. However, our dog's groomer listened to our concerns, was kind, and fulfilled our demands perfectly well. Thank you for perfecting our sensitive and cowardly dog. The person at the counter was also kind. We'll definitely come back next time 🙂

Can't say enough good things about Jill and the DogGoneIt! staff. I just adopted a rescue dog and she was very skittish and in desperate need of a bath...I called the shop and they were so understanding about the situation. They fit my dog in that day and expedited her bath so that she could get in and out as quickly as possible. Jill was outstanding as she stepped in to help my dog (and me!) and tuned in right away with the best method for helping a very nervous dog. Great service!

Absolutely the very best groomer in Boston and metro Boston. The groomers care about the doggos. I will NEVER visit another groomer. Also doggy daycare is great for the dogs. I highly recommend the groomers and daycare.

Really nice place for grooming your dog. I've checked couple of other places for price, and this place's price is fair. The person who answered the call and the lady who was at the front desk were super nice. It was nice to drop off your pet early in the morning, and when they are done, they give you a call with ample amount of time too. Highly recommend.
