PetSmart Grooming

Great selection of pet supplies and friendly staff who really seem to care about the animals. I especially loved the grooming area, where my pup was pampered and came out looking amazing. Always a positive experience when I visit!

Omg... loved it! Really, it's all about the groomer and handling. I happily pay a bit more for express service (she's a very excitable puppy with anxiety issues). My fur baby has seen the same groomer twice now, and it's made things so much easier. Establishing a rapport is so important because you're initially leaving your beloved treasure in the hands of a stranger. Stephanie is a caring, seasoned groomer and such a sweet person. She isn't the only hidden gem in the Newton PetSmart grooming salon or in the general store. It's a real pleasure shopping this store.

I’m not impressed with this service. I took my dog in for a bath and brush + essential. I noticed straight away they didn’t clean his ears thoroughly so I had to clean them when I got home. Also with the essential add on it says they get a bandana which is a cute bonus, but no bandana for him. This isn’t a big deal, but if you say you’re going to do something I expect it to be done. 2 stars for the bath. Will go somewhere else next time that pays more attention to detail.
