Don’t take your dog here…. They cut my baby tail off after I told them not to and now I have to take her to the vet because she keeps nibbling on her paw and I googled it said it can be an infection…. She wasn’t doing this before she went there she was perfectly fine……I will say they cut her her body n face good but I’m very disappointed about her tail

Took my baby to Hector's for her birthday 🎂🥳 She received the full grooming service, the staff was nice.... The parking was all that great, but overall it was worth the trip & I can't wait to go back 🐾

This used to be the greatest grooming place and we were repeat customers for the entirety of my elderly dog’s life. I loved their work and Hector was always so kind to my dogs. But lately the customer service has been truly awful, they are incredibly rude to the point of almost being verbally abusive to customers. For almost a decade we never had problems but the last few years the women and young teenage boy in the front are always rude and over the phone their behavior is even worse. They try to charge a late fee starting at 4:00pm even though they don’t close till 5:00pm ? We heard them being incredibly rude to every other customer while we waited for our dog too. I’m sorry that Hector’s has this reputation now, they truly used to be the best place. Their staff doesn’t even need to be kind, I don’t expect them to go over the top, but just normal and professional or even calm would make going there okay. It definitely feels like they don’t care about you or your dog and they are quick to be rude over anything and yell at customers and tell them to never come back.

They did an AMAZING job on my dog he looks and smells sooo good..1st time there and il be going forever

This is THE place to take your pet for their grooming needs! Owner is awesome! No wait hassle and it’s based on first come first serve. They open 6 days a week. Wait time is next to nothing. I take my Mastiff to them and he’s usually done within 1-1/2 hours tops. Unless they are extremely busy, they will give you a heads up in how long the wait will be. Prices are pretty reasonable, you definitely get much, much more than what you pay. My paw-son Rex comes out smelling so great and it lasts for a while. My sister has also taken her bulldog-"Moo" and she came out looking and smelling amazing! A must go to place for any of you that are looking for a reputable, clean place that treats their pets very well and for the most amazing service. You and your pet won’t regret it!!!

The first time we took our dog coop here they did a fantastic job but I guess they became carless of him the next time. They cut my dog ear and I’m not sure how the h** you cut a dogs ear and not inform them that there dogs ear was cut. After he came home his testicles was swollen and dark red and we took him to the doctor and he had a infection. I don’t recommend if you truly care about your dog do not take your dog to them.

If I can rate them 10/10 I would I brought My dog baby Zoey here for the first time and they did an awesome amazing job ‼️‼️‼️ I almost didn’t recognize my baby. She was so Cuuuuuuuute
