As someone who owns and operates an independent pet care service business, I cannot say enough great things about Yuppie Puppy in Oak Park. Over the years, we’ve shared many mutual clients, and whenever families travel and their dogs stay with me, I often coordinate grooming appointments with Yuppie Puppy before they go home. Time and time again, they absolutely deliver. For the last 16 years, I have consistently had happy clients after their dogs visit Yuppie Puppy. Their grooming quality is excellent, the dogs look fantastic, and their team always treats pets with care and professionalism. Their staff is wonderful to work with, communication is great, and they genuinely care about the dogs and the experience for the owners. It makes my job easier knowing I can confidently send clients there and know they’ll be taken care of. Jill runs an amazing business and has built something really special in Oak Park. These guys are simply the best, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality grooming experience.

Got my dog INFECTED ON HIS PENIS from the Yuppie puppie . We are not the first time here we have been a few times We took him on Thursday for FULL GROOM , full bath , teeth cleaning , ears cleaning nails file and trim I asked to cut around his but area ( if you have long hairs dog you know it easier to deal with when they go potty ) he has been licking we thought just regular cleaning turned out it must be HURTING HIM So we took a closer look the haircut is way too short.as you can tell in the pictures We have been here a few times in the past but moved out of town and never have a problem until we came back again I don’t know if they tried to rush to finish the appointment since we are the last appointment for the day

Just the best grooming place I have ever used!! Even though my pup has anxiety with groomers they always shower him with love and attention. I love that they always give me a rundown of how his grooming went.

Now this is a beautiful, well run dog grooming spa! Loved how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. Really loved that they are clearly familiar with proper cuts for each breed. The place ( other than the fur clippings) is immaculately clean - and without any funky wet dog smells. We’ll be back.

I’ve been taking my girl, Winnie, here for the last three years and they always make her feel (and look) incredible. Today they added these bows and it made my day turn around for the better. I don’t trust very many people with my pup, but I really do trust them. They’re kind and their attention to detail is amazing. I really just appreciate them so much! Took my puppy here when I first got her for her baths and sanitary trims. I switched and started going to Petco due to availability and price. I decided to go back for her first full haircut since I’ve heard nothing but great things about them. Jill was great! Everyone was so comforting (my anxiety was through the roof for her first cut). She came out looking amazing! Everyone there is super friendly & seem experienced. I will definitely be a regular here!
