Couldn't ask for a better experience! Just took our husky here, the customer service is beyond AMAZING! So friendly, helpful, outgoing! We left quite a bit of hair and felt horrible, but we were met with the kindest response of "no big deal we have a vaccuum!" I believe it was the owner, was so wonderful to our fur baby as well! Giving so much love! To end the experience there are super cute and affordable treats displayed in a bakery showcase! We got our girl an ice cream cone, cupcake, beef jerky stick and cbd biscuit all for 11 bucks! Will definitely be our go to for all our baths and blow drys for our girl! Thank you again so much for the amazing experience!

I went hiking out at Hitchcock with my girlfriend and her pup. It was still pretty wet in the hills and she got pretty muddy. We took her to the self wash station in Midtown and it was awesome. Great service and an excellent wash room at a great price. We will be back for sure. P.S. Despite streetcar construction, there were plenty of parking spaces available right out front.

The quality is consistently excellent, and it’s the only food I trust for my dogs. You can really tell they care about what they offer and select high-quality products. I had a great experience. The shop worker was friendly and helped me out a lot. She was an excellent employee and made it enjoyable to shop there. The product selection was decent, but it wasn’t the greatest, there are places in Omaha that have even more products which can be nice, especially if you are wanting to browse. That being said, I had a good experience and was able to get in and out quickly which is what I was trying to do that day as I had limited time. I was able to find the fresh baked treats I was looking for and my ShihTzu really enjoyed them. So, I give it four stars. Great service, and quick shopping, but only four because the selection isn’t the largest and the location, while convenient, has some parking issues, which while I know are not the fault of the store, is something you should be aware of, as it can make visiting a little difficult.

We get our n&d urinary formula cat food there every month. The staff is great. My only recommendation is that they let us do a monthly "prepay-order/pickup" of the food we need. They don’t always have the 10 pound bag in stock and we have three cats so the little bags just really don’t cut it for a month. When we lived out west the specialty food store we went to offered the monthly order service and it was a very nice piece of mind knowing we had what we needed every month. We just walked in, picked up and walked out.

The employees at Long Dog Fat Cat are absolutely wonderful people, especially Justin! They truly care about all animals that come through their doors, and even the ones that dont. They went above and beyond to help an animal in need for a friend who's animal was hit by a car. With no hesitation they provided resources and products and asked for nothing in return. Businesses and people like this should be recognized for the contributions they do for our community. A great reminder why shopping local is so worthwhile!

They have the best selection of healthy dog food (dry, freeze dried, frozen etc) and supplements! They also have tasty bakery-like treats inside for your dogs AND cats!! I definitely would recommend this place to everyone with a dog or cat.
