Petco Grooming

Missy is the absolute best. We come in monthly for a nail trim. She’s always patient and so sweet with my anxiety ridden dog. She’s the only one he allows to touch his paws. I highly recommend coming here. I can see what is going on and the staff is the best.

Impressive grooming services and stylists. Update: Laura is the stylist we use at Orem Petco. She’s incredibly talented and kind. My Cavachon Teddy loves her. Laura is the best groomer we’ve ever had in California and Utah.

Manager told me my dogs are now medium sized dogs instead of small dogs and I now have to pay more when I’ve been bringing them here for grooming appointments as small adult dogs. I ask if it’s due to weight gain, she said no, they are medium dogs. I like the groomers however I find the manager rude.

Flynn looks great, but I think I was overcharged. When I signed up online, I was quoted $85. When I arrived with my dog, I was quoted $148! When I mentioned the online quote, I was told that they always over-quoted. So when he was finished, which was two hours earlier than expected, the supervisor(?) told me that they'd REMOVED one of the $10 charges for de-shedding, then said that my bill was now $149! I was never great at math, but I do know the difference between higher and lower! I also know that when they're difficult, the price can go higher, but the minute she brought him out, I was told that he was very well-behaved! He didn't even get the bandana that I'd included in the price when I made the appointment, and IF he was spritzed afterwards, it didn't smell that great. I didn't get a chance to ask her about all the discrepancies, because she left, like out of the building left! I'm very confused.

I was really happy until later after we g it home I noticed he was favoring his ear being rubbed we looked inside and he had dried blood in his ear. I understand accidents happen but they didn't mention that he had gotten cut.

They did an amazing job. And my dog was so adorable when I picked her up. However, it took 4 hours, which I think is a little much. I was scheduled at 4pm (store closes at 6) but they said they had "cancellations" and asked me to bring her in at 2. It took until 6 for her to be done. Last time I brought her in it took 1.5 hours and if I had stuck with my appointment at 4 they would have HAD to be done by 6. So, I was a little bothered by that. Otherwise, it was good.

I love bringing my dogs to Petco grooming the people there is very nicely awesome and besides doing a good job my babies love 😊
