PetSmart Grooming

I took my dog for a bath and haircut at this location and they gave her a bath but completely forgot the haircut. I even have pictures showing her hair was the exact same length before and after I dropped her off. On top of that, I was still charged for both services. I understand this may not happen all the time or with every customer, but when it does happen to you, it's really disappointing and makes you not want to go back. The PetSmart in Salt Lake is much better compared to this one in Orem. I won't be coming back.

We have been taking our standard poodle to Heather here for years. I am picky about the shape of her cut, and the shave of her feet. Heather always delivers a beautiful cut, and our dog is always thrilled to see her!

We Love PetSmart Groomers! They do an Awesome job buffing Winston’s nails! They don’t over charge like Petco either. Our little guy really likes the people working here too. I’m grateful for the care they take w/my sweet boy bc he doesn’t like getting his front feet done much & his 9 lb frame isn’t so easy to deal with. He tends to lick a lot when he doesn’t want you to touch his feet. Thanks PetSmart we Love You!

How they got rid of all of their 1 star reviews to start over is wild. They were TERRIBLE. According to petsmart since my dog is over a certain age limit they cannot hold him for hours and hours. His hair cut is mandatory to only be there for two hours. They did a horrible job. Completely shaved but not even shaving. They had him for over that mandatory time. They were incredible rude to me on the phone and in person. PLEASE don’t go here

Took my dog in to get groomed, 4 hours later we got a call saying he was done. Got down there and was told that they couldn't do anything because my dog wouldn't let them. I asked why it took 4 hours and was told that my dog was not cooperating with them. They then handed me a bill for 38.00 and was told have a great day. I can understand that my 2.5 lb dog wouldn't let them but why it took 4 hours I don't understand. I guess that'd only about 9.70 an hour for nothing. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Malena L groomed my doodle today and did a phenomenal job!! He’s a nervous boi, but had a great experience with Malena. She and all staff were very sweet with my lil booger which I appreciated. She also did a great haircut, listening to and following my requests!

This location doesn’t seem to value their customers time as I arrived with my dog and was asked to wait 10 minutes just to be told that my dog’s groomer had to call in sick. A call/text ahead of time would have saved me an hour of time which was wasted by this inconvenience not to mention now I have to wait over a week to get my dog groomed. Really frustrating.
