My pup needed a groom bad. We are new to Orlando and i just kept putting it off. So by chance I came here because they had next day availability and I must say, this is the best groom any of my pups have ever had! (The pick is a couple weeks post groom)

My puppy is not quite trusting of new people or place however, our little guy loved his time there! We greatly appreciated how he was treated and he looks great! Smells even better!! Strongly recommend these Groomers, especially Andrea!!

Andrea is such a sweet lady! I discovered this place in passing yesterday and I truly didn’t know what to expect. I was thoroughly impressed at how clean, soft and beautiful my puppy looked and felt when I picked her up. And she was soooo happy compared to how traumatized she seemed picking her up from petsmart. Petsmart groomers definitely don’t care about making your pet look and feel good because although my dog had a ton of matting it was way less than how bad she was when I bought her to pet puzzle groomers. Petsmart made her look like a shaved rat and she still smelled like dog. I think this place is well worth whatever you end up paying because this sweet lady really loves what she does and it shows. You honestly don’t ever need to book anywhere else! They recently opened in May 2024.

I walked in one day asking about walk ins (it was already quite late in the day, they had no more availability for the day), but, I left with an appointment for the very next day for my fur baby. This is a sweet family business. We dropped her off and got a call once she was ready, she brought her to the door so we can see her (our dog) and she looked amazing. Groomer put the cutest red grinch bandana and matching red flower rhinestone stickers on her head. I asked where she got them and she brought them back from her home country and offered us some to take. We had her do a full service on our girl. Groomer and her mom are the absolute sweetest. You can really tell they took their time and my fur baby really enjoyed her time with them. They also had a variety of other items they are selling from the most adorable dresses, Cuban links for pets, toys, hygiene products. I can’t recommend them enough. Such kind people and they did a great job on my baby. We are of course coming back soon!

Best groomer my dogs ever had !! My dogs leave her establishment like poster pups. They get so many compliments 🤩 I highly recommend Andrea for your pets grooming not only is she fantastic you can really see the love she has for animals. You will love her
