Happy Pawz | Dog Boarding - Daycare - Grooming - Mobile Grooming - Board & Train

I have taken my dog to Happy Pawz for boarding and grooming for the past nine years. They love and care for him like he was their own dog. We use the mobile grooming service, which is so convenient and worth the extra cost. My dogs are my babies, so I take their care very seriously. I would highly recommend their services!

They are great to work with! I started grooming my poodle but was unable to finish it myself, so while my pup was at doggy daycare, a groomer was willing to squeeze her in at the last minute. I am so grateful because I was operating on a deadline. Both of my poodles have come back from grooming clean and well trimmed. I get detailed descriptions of their behavior as well as any concerns that popped up. My little poodle has massive grooming anxiety that causes terrible behavior, but the groomer took the time to come see me in the waiting room upon pickup to give me a summary, provide tips going forward, and most importantly, give me encouragement. After doggy daycare, I get a summary of what they did all day. Prices for daycare are extremely reasonable. So happy to continue taking my pups here!

Sara is the only one who can groom my XL Bully. He hates water but loves Sara enough to tolerate it. Plus, she is able to trim his nails without a problem. She also does a great job with my other dog, who sheds a ton. I appreciate how sweet and personable Sara is and how much she loves each of her clients.

Happy Pawz' is a horrible place to take your dog. When our dog went for doggy daycare, he was often locked up in a kennel alone and they would always have an excuse as to why when we picked him up at the end of the day. We have also used their grooming services and the lady complained about our dog in a very rude way. She acted like our dog was the only one that was a problem. This place is not good to larger dogs at all and I would advise staying away from here if you have a larger dog. If your dog is not small and completely compliant Happy Pawz does not want them. Be careful if you love your dog!

Communication is horrible. Unable to speak to a person concerning appointments. Grooming is good when you can get them to show up. But billing process and communication is horrible.
