EJ showed flawless customer service skills by giving us extra attention at the time we picked up our dog. She asked if we liked the work she did, and spent additional time doing a little more trimming we asked her to do. She expressed kindness and was friendly to our pooch, which we appreciated. She gets 5 stars for her skills.

Brought my little short haired terrier shrimp in for a soothe and repair service. John took fantastic care of him, you can tell he loves dogs and makes sure they are comfortable during the service. Even though the last time I came in was a while ago he remembered that shrimp wasn’t a fan of the dryer and that set off some anxiety, so he didn’t use it on him this time. Very thoughtful!

EJ took good care of my furry baby and gave him a great bath and awesome haircut and nail trim. I am very happy and definitely will be coming back to him for another groom appointment for my furry baby. Thank you for an great job!

EJ did a great job on my tomboy poodle. She was kind and attentive to my desires, and she was sensitive to my dog’s nervousness.

We love this Petco! Ally does such a fantastic job with my beagle everytime, and that is why I continue to come here and continue to recommend my friends and family to this location. Online booking is super easy, the prices are more than fair, and my pup enjoys seeing Ally and the front cashiers. They always spoil him with treats too. Thanks for always taking care of my pup.

Told them I was coming from out of town and my dog really needed to be groomed because it was long over due. I had to reschedule to their convenience and then when on the day of her appointment I am 5 minutes late(tried to call multiple times, so left voicemail) they still wouldn't take her… lady was very rude.
