Pampurr'd Pets

I was looking for a Groomer after a couple of failed attempts and oh boy were my prayers answered. I have a 13lb poodle and an 80lb Great Pyrenees /Hungarian Wolf Hound and both dogs are groomed to perfection. Every single piece of hair is cut so even. Their nails are cut even too. They are also very kind and welcoming group of people. I recommend these groomers a 💯 times over.

I have struggled to find a groomer for Mokka and finally Pampurrd Pets has offered that! I am always satisfied with his grooms. His summer cut and his winter cut! Mokka used to give trouble to have his claws trimmed but here he sits quietly.

I am ecstatic on how great my dog Bear looks after his first grooming at Pampur’d Pets today. The staff is extremely friendly. They knew what I was looking for as far as the cut I wanted and did an amazing job. My dog was not afraid of them and pranced out of there like a king. The prices are great and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend them.

I been taking my 2 Yorkie’s here for years Spanky and Daisy, they always do a great job my dogs smell so good and there coats are so soft, very friendly place and do what I asked for, I live in Brooklyn it’s worth the trip,

I would no longer bring my dog back to this establishment. Several concerning incidents occurred during my second visit. This is a family-owned business, and the wife was very unprofessional and disrespectful. During the second visit, the wife changed clippers and cut a significant portion of my dog’s private area. She failed to inform me of the incident, and her excuse was that she "didn’t realize" while he was actively bleeding when I picked him up. The husband then treated him, but I was not provided with any necessary treatment or an apology. The wife informed me that she would not apologize because she has been working at this establishment for 20 years. She maintained a defensive attitude and attempted to justify her failure to perform her job properly by discussing personal issues. She also claimed that the groomers "themselves" do not examine the dogs thoroughly, which is another serious concern. As responsible pet owners, we expect the same level of care and attention when dropping off and picking up our pets. If any issues arise, it is crucial to inform the owner, just as you would do with a child. Please be vigilant and aware of these potential risks.

Best grooming place ever !! I been coming here for 7 years now , Kim and Billy is the most caring people that really love and care for your pet . My pup girl Rosey loves them too . You have to go some where that will treat your pet like their own !!! I would never go any where else !!
