Terri is the best dog groomer! I’ve used many services in the past but no one has been as good or as accommodating as she has! Not to mention my dog absolutely loves her! I highly recommend this service!
I have never posted a bad review on anyone, but I am posting this because I used these ladies based on their good reviews. They reverse mohawked my dog and tried to cover it up with a tightly tied bandana. I asked for his feet and tail to be trimmed, but they left both long and returned him with scissors in hand at the door saying she couldn’t remember what I said about the tail. I asked about the missing fur on the back of his neck (that was clipper width), and she did it must have been a mat. She had started the service on her own, but after 2.5 hours another lady in a regular van showed up shaking her head. Worried about my dog, I went out to the van and asked if everything was ok and let them know I needed to leave soon. They said 15 more minutes. Thankfully, my dog seems to be fine. I’m not sure he was washed. He has uneven fur all over his body. I contacted the company that evening to figure out what happened. They said they usually work as a pair and offered to fix my dog. Based on the frantic nature and trying to hide a reverse mohawk with a choking bandana-I declined. Just a warning that we did not have the five star service at all.
The job Terry Skipper did on my 2 dogs is indescribable and the way she treats my "angels" won't take them to nobody out again,she also have a great personality and she is funny and very professional.
My dog has never been so calm with a groomer before. They were so gentle and sweet with her. I recommend them
