PetSmart Grooming

My dog waa groomed at this location fir the first time her nails weren't cut down the groomer said she growled and my baby has been getting groomed since 8 weeks and is now 1 and never had any issues at other Petsmart locations. They bathed her and cleaned her ears and now weeks later she has a bad ear infection and never had before. The grooming at this location is very unsanitary because they do not sweep up the fur after every grooming always hair everywhere. Really upset about my babies ear infection. We will not be back to this location

Very disappointing. Right before Thanksgiving, our grooming appointment was canceled for the fourth time. We were excited for our puppy’s first bath, but the staff couldn’t even clearly explain what age qualifies for a "puppy bath." After the first cancellation, we had to book an adult bath instead. We scheduled four times in less than a month, and every single time they claimed there was "new matting" and refused service. We spent time rearranged work, fixed the matting until the night before, and drove over, only to be told there’s another small spot that we even couldn’t notice could stop the bath. They never explained everything at once, never tried to help solve it onsite, and didn’t care about our holiday needs. Feels like they just don’t want to do the job. A complete waste of time.

Such a blatant disrespect for customers time. I arrived at 7:15 expected to have my dog's groomed no one was there. 15 minutes later I come to find out one groomer called in sick and the other was didn't show up. No call no messages or anything and I drove 20 minutes to get to this place. Never again!

After purchasing the Green Black Stripe Glow Fish for the last 8 years there. The manager did not want to sell me 2 of them because they were too aggressive for my other glow fish. I had just bought 2 the other day there and I wanted 2 more. Petco, it is from now on.

My dog had grooming with Carmen S. She did a great job! My dog looks so cute!

The groomer did exactly what i asked for, and Emy was not a nervous wreck when I picked her up. No nicks or cuts greatly appreciated. Great customer service.
