Pets in Black Grooming

We have our first long haired puppy and needed a reliable place to take her for regular grooming. We found Pets in Black and had the best experience. Affordable and friendly, they were great with our puppy and did an amazing job on her long wavy hair. They even dressed her up a little with a bandana. They are efficient communicators and we loved the results! We will be bringing our puppy back in the future!

I can’t recommend Pets in Black Grooming enough! Yasencka is absolutely amazing with my dog, Poppy. She is so gentle, patient, and truly cares about making sure Poppy is comfortable during the grooming process. She also takes feedback really well and is always willing to adjust anything I want for Poppy’s look, which I really appreciate. Poppy gets the full grooming service every time, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of care they provide. I bring her in every 6–8 weeks and she always comes back looking perfect. The front desk is great as well—super friendly and helpful. Booking appointments online is very easy, and making payments is quick and convenient. As long as Yasencka and the front desk team are there, I’ll continue bringing Poppy here! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about your pet.

Hands Down the Best Groomer Ever! I can't say enough good things about this groomer! If your pup is nervous or has had bad grooming experiences in the past, this is the person you need. She has a true gift with dogs--patient, gentle, and incredibly intuitive. What felt impossible with my anxious dog became a total success in her care. She doesn't just groom--she connects, making your pet feel safe and comfortable. The results speak for themselves, and so does the wagging tail! On top of that, her pricing is more than fair, and her customer service is unmatched. She treats you and your pet like family from start to finish. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommended! Edit: She is so happy with her favorite groomer. She no longer puts up a fight and even takes a nap here and there. Huge turn around thank you to our amazing groomer and her husband.

Took our Akita Snowflake here for the first time. She did not go in traumatized freaked out or anything very relaxed atmosphere. They are very good with your pets. And when we picked her up, she was very happy, not freaked out. Great job on her nails, and ears. Her coat looks beautiful. They cleaned her teeth. Did a better job than the veterinarian did on her teeth. Unfortunately, we can’t give higher than a five star review. Pets in Black Grooming is well worth it. We will keep taking her there forever. They have a customer for life. I will recommend all my friends with pets that have them groomed to go to Pets in Black Grooming. Oh, and by the way, the price of their service is excellent. They’re not trying to price gouge you for the size of your pet.

I love them so much! They’re extremely knowledgeable and informative when it comes to your pet, and they treat my dog like one of their own. I’ll definitely be bringing my baby here every time! 🐾🖤

Went for a complete grooming and bath. They did an absolutely amazing job. By far the best groomer we’ve had yet!

Faith's first visit was at 5pm today and I definitely plan on using this groomer again! I was honestly scared that being the last appointment of the day, they would rush her through and the cut would be just nice. Not the case! My Faith looked amazing!
