The groomers seem to care about the pups. My girl is 17, so she needs extra care, and they’re always up for the assignment. Unlike Petco who denied her because of her age.
First time going and it’ll be the last. I made an appointment for 8am and no one was there till 8:30 to check in. I waited all that time just for them to tell me that my groomer wasn’t there and they didn’t know where she was or how long it would take. Absolutely disappointed with service. Can we normalize getting reimbursed if the professional doesn’t show up for an appointment? Stop taking money from the clients!!
These guys treat you like family. They are honest to their customers and offer great service that goes way beyond the rest of the dealerships out there. A true God send . AMEN 🙏
