Spot's Spot Pet Grooming

We are so fortunate to have found Spot’s Spot. We bring both of our wheatens there, and they’ve gotten great haircuts each time. They always come home happy and relaxed. Our youngest boy Tex is quite difficult behavior wise, and Phillip and his team are so incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient with him. We will never go anywhere else as long as we live in Philadelphia.

If you know me, you know that I love my mini poodle, Bennie. Spot spot also loves Bennie and they show it every time I drop him off and pick him up. I have never had any issues about anything! The owner and staff are friendly and they are accommodating. The store is so cute and so are their roaming persian cats. Spot spot is the only place I recommend!

They have been taking care of our dog for over 4 years and do an amazing job every time. I recommend Spots Spot to everyone who asks.

I came here about two years ago with my 1 year old dog. Keep in mind, he was still in the processing of trying to get use to getting groomed. Since this was his only second time going to a Grooming place, I let the older guy know in advance that he does have anxiety with taking a bath, and tries to run, but he is not aggressive, and has no bite history because due to his size a lot of people make assumptions. ( Over the phone before I came in with my dog.. my dog was a 3xl at 1 ) The older employee said it was fine to bring him in so I did, but when he saw my dog, he looked kinda uneasy about him. I got a call to pick up my dog, and came back hours later just to see that, my dog is completely wet n smells HORRID. It was a mess n disgusting coming in there n I was upset because my dog is shaking tremendously n tugging to get near me. I had to pay full price, regardless of not getting the services that I paid for when I could’ve just been told in advance that they could not do it. I went back-and-forth with the worker, and eventually just left. This was in the middle of WINTER. My dog is double coated, but he was completely soaked not even blow dried… It was horrible getting into an Uber with my wet dog crying next to me. If you had a good experience with them, I’m glad! If you didn’t, I understand you completely. Disgusting🤦🏻‍♀️

Friend of mine recommended this place to me and I liked the end result after they groomed my dog. My only complain is that one of the employee didn’t wear a mask at all. It isn’t a big deal for me since I have finished my covid vaccination. Again, just a little nitpick on my end. Their price is very reasonable and their work is pretty good, will recommend this place to others.

Update: Another WONDERFUL visit!!! I absolutely recommend this shop for your cats grooming. Absolutely good at what they do- happy Yonas mommy My four-year-old cat is very sensitive and we can’t even go near her to cut her nails or to groom her. We took her to three separate grooming shops and they all told me that they could not work on her….. I live in Bucks county and spots spot pet grooming is bit far, but I wanted to give it a one last shot because of their reviews. What do you know!!!!!!!!!! THEY DID IT!!! And my GIRL LOOKS AMAZING!!!!! I am thrilled thrilled and sooooo happy!!! Everyone was super friendly!!

The service is horrible, when I first walked in the man had a very nasty attitude,I asked him how much it would be to groom my dog,he never answered me he kept talking over me,all I was doing is asking him questions, because it was my first time at this groomer he was very condescending and belligerent all kept saying to me is do you want your dog groomed or not! I just took my dog and left,I'm not stupid leave my dog so that he could hurt her while grooming her! This place gets a big 0!
