I am pretty disappointed. They cut my pup's nail too short and it was bleeding. No one mentioned this to me, I didn't notice until I was outside. I brought him back inside and the owner told me it was the quick and totally normal. She had the groomer put quick clot on it and I left. I am not very picky about style of cut, but I do care that they hurt him. I paid $109, and I know that the groomers get 1/2. I don't think I will go back.

I’m really disappointed with this grooming salon. I brought in the fluffiest puppy with a perfect coat for any haircut, and somehow I’ve gotten back the ugliest cuts every single time. I always ask for a fluffy, round face, yet parts of her face end up shaved or uneven. I can tell the groomers truly love dogs and are very affectionate with the pets, and I really appreciated that which is why I gave them three chances. But no matter how kindly they treat the dogs, the quality of the grooming just isn’t there. Customers pay hundreds of dollars so their dogs can look beautiful, not patchy or poorly groomed. Sadly, they just haven’t been able to deliver what I ask for, and I won’t be returning

Maggie is a phenomenal groomer!! I cannot recommend her enough - she’s been grooming my dog for 3 years! He hates bath time / getting wet, but she’s amazing with him! I think she has the patience of a saint. She’s excellent at realizing when he needs a full cut and when he needs a "face and fanny" which is excellent because I don’t want him cut down too much. My dog is always perfectly groomed and fluffy! The entire staff at Pet Snobs clearly loves animals. They are so welcoming when I come in with my dog, and always welcome him with a treat. I’m so happy we go to Pet Snobs - I couldn’t be happier with the way they treat my dog and how amazing they are at grooming!

Without a doubt, the best pet shop in the city. The people who work there are always kind, respectful, and clearly love the animals they care for. Sam performed miracles on my foster dog and helped him get adopted. People commented on his haircut for a few weeks afterwards!

Did a great job grooming our skittish pup and the staff was friendly. We like the eclectic vibe and the speciality treats that they stock. Nice addition to our Bella Vista neighborhood.

Samantha does a great job grooming my Cavalier King Charles. I’m honestly picky but am always happy when I get him back!

They transformed my 14 year old lab's coat into a it's former youthful condition. It's so wonderful to see my fur baby's coat so healthy after over a year of issues I've had postpartum I haven't been able to care for his coat in the way I have in the past and this made me tear up. They even did his nails! I thank you, and Ike thanks you! Sierra was his groomer, and she truly is a senior specialist. I highly recommend this groomer to anyone.
