I found Club Doggie almost 3 years ago and have been very happy with Lauren. My dog is older, so she is very gentle with her. In the beginning, she would tremble, but now she just walks in. When I pick her up, she is BEAUTIFUL!!! She is clean, has a cute cut, her nails are clipped, her ears are clean, she smells perfumed, and always has a pretty bow to match the closest holiday. I will never go back to those places where my dog sat in a cage for 3 hours. In one hour, she has had Lauren's full attention, and is ready to go home clean and beautiful. Oh, and the price is perfect.

Lauren is easily the most talented dog groomer I have ever known. She adores dogs and handles them with great care. Both of my dogs always come out looking absolutely beautiful. She’s very conscientious of time as well. They’re always in and out of there in a reasonable time frame which was a huge difference from the hours they had to wait at Petsmart. I highly recommend her to anyone!

I have been going to Lauren for 3 years she’s amazing! My dog started with her as a puppy & she was so patient & help train her to enjoy being groomed. Not only does she do great cuts my dog is always so excited to see Lauren & has the best experience. I now live out of state and anytime we’re back in town I try to get an appointment with Lauren because I haven’t been anyone able to match her quality & skills.

We have been coming to club doggie for 4 years , We moved to Az and it took 3 bad grooming experience until we found Lauren , she does Coco’s hair just how I like it ! Sometimes we schedule her before it’s time for her next grooming ,so she looks cute for the grandkids! She has a busy schedule but takes time to educate me and give me pointers on Coco. I found Lauren at Club Doggie when we moved to the area 3 years ago. I am very careful about who I choose to groom our Aussie Doodle named Tuck. I prefer scissors cuts to keep a nice soft, natural look, but it is hard to find someone both skilled and willing to do them. They aren't as quick or easy to do as clipper cuts, but Lauren was up to the task. She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me some great suggestions to help me keep Tuck looking his best. I love that she takes only one dog at a time into her grooming studio. Each dog gets her full attention and they are in and out without having to wait around in a kennel or held for the day. Lauren is very accomodating as far as appointments. She always has a spot for us in her schedule and she is mindful of arranging a time that works for both of us. Recently, our dog tore his ACL and Lauren took great care and concern to still give him a modified bath and groom. She was very mindful of his inability to stand for long periods and accomodated his need to lay down. Despite all of these challenges Lauren still groomed Tuck beautifully. Lauren cares about dogs, she is passionate about her work, she has so much knowledge and experience to share and I am grateful that I have someone like her to help me care for Tuck.

I moved to Phoenix over a year and half ago. One of my first priorities was to find a groomer for my two pups. I called at least half dozen groomers. The only one to show me the courtesy of a callback was Lauren. She listened to my need and scheduled an appointment for grooming. My dogs are 12 and 6 and have been groomed since they were pups. I can say Lauren does the best job they have ever had. She is very calm, caring, and loving with my dogs. My dogs get so excited when we arrive at Lauren's they drag me to her door with great excitement. I highly recommend Lauren and Club Doggie.

We moved here three years ago, and when we asked our neighbors for a dog groomer recommendation for our Bichon frisé/Shih Tzu mix, all of our neighbors insistently recommended Lauren!! And, they were right! First of all, when Lauren grooms your dog, there are no other dogs in her grooming facility. This allows her to give your dog specialized, custom care and Individualized attention from a fully equipped grooming area. Secondly, Lauren has over 20 years of experience grooming dogs. She is an expert in her field and truly knows how to properly clean and groom your dog. For instance, I am very fussy about my dog’s cleanliness, so I often rinse his paws off after a walk. However, I never noticed that he had a deep area between two of his paw pads where his fur had matted. Lauren immediately realized this problem while grooming him, fixed it, and she promptly showed me this issue when I picked him up. She explained to me how to look for the "hidden" matting in the future so his fur won’t potentially pull and cause him discomfort. This brings me to my third point. Lauren really, really cares about my dog!!! I Have always felt very comfortable entrusting my good boy in her care. Lauren genuinely will love your dog like you do! I would say, for me, that is so important because that has been my biggest worry after dropping off my dog to be groomed in the past. I would wonder the whole time I’m away from my dog if the groomer was being good to my dog while I’m not there. Well, let me assure you, your dog will be in the BEST care possible while being groomed by Lauren! My dog loves Lauren! She is so in tune with my dog’s needs. For instance, she’ll cover his ears and avoid blowing air by his face because she can see he doesn’t like it. How do I know this? Well, she has told me, as well as I have stayed for a complete grooming, from beginning to end, while Lauren has bathed and trimmed my dog. And, because of what I have seen and experienced from her, I completely and totally trust her with him! Lauren also has given my dog the cutest haircuts because she knows what kind of styles work best for each dog breed. She seriously provides customized haircuts! You can be most assured that Lauren will love your dog, care for your dog, and provide your buddy with the appropriate and cutest haircut your dog has ever had!! Lauren is so instinctively gentle, and she is the groomer I wish I always had for all of my dogs!! She is the absolute best! ***A quick heads up- Lauren is very accommodating and tries to work with everyone’s busy schedules, especially during the holidays. So, be sure to book your appointment soon because she does fill up fast!
