Victoria is one of the most skilled and compassionate dog groomers I’ve ever encountered. She has an exceptional ability to keep my dog—who suffers from severe anxiety—calm and cooperative throughout the grooming process. I came here years ago to get my Chihuahua's nails clipped. She absolutely despised getting her nails clipped and several groomers had tried and failed. Lucky Dog Spa was the only place that took the time and attention to get it done safely with no harm to my girl. I've moved back to the area and now have a doodle and this was the first place I thought of for her grooming. Her puppy cut was excellent and she had a great time! Will definitely come back again!

Been here twice and have always had a good experience, with my 1 year old dog (who has a bit of social anxiety and can be fussy when groomed) and my 4 month old pup. Highly recommended! I’ve been to pet store groomers and they honestly pale in comparison to this business.. Stephanie is super nice and the results always exceed expectations! The only groomer I entrust my dogs with!

We were referred to Stephanie by another local groomer who no longer grooms big dogs (Sawyer is 75lbs). Yesterday was our first visit and Stephanie was lovely & we appreciated her peaceful quaint space. Sawyer is 10 1/2 years, has lots of lumps, and his skin is super sensitive so I asked if she could be conscientious of his (perhaps tired) legs, his lumps, and if she could use our shampoo. She was so kind about all of it, and most of all, I could tell she was kind to Sawyer. He looks great - even has an adorable little yellow flower that she added to his collar - and was done in two hours! It’s tough to find a good (and kind and patient) groomer. Super thankful to have been referred to Stephanie, and we already booked Sawyer’s next visit.

Hello, this is an updated review, Teddy has been loyal customer to Stephanie since 2021, 3 years now; Teddy was 2 years old such a baby and now he's about to be 6 years old. Teddy loves Stephanie and trust me as an owner I struggled to find the perfect groomer for Teddy. I can trust her with him. Teddy has even improved getting a bath between appointments and I don't struggle with him, and that tells me that Stephanie has done an amazing job!! Highly recommended and if I could I will give her 100 stars! Don't be fooled by the reviews. Review from 2021:Teddy and I love Stephanie, she is the best. After a long search Teddy really loved Stephanie's work, he was happy after his visit, he was not scared/frightened like in other places. He was perfect, hair perfect and nails just like I had requested. Thanks again and we will see you soon.

I’ve taken my pup Juno to Stephanie and I am always pleased with everything! Stephanie is very professional and Juno loves her!
