Everyone is always so friendly and inviting. I have not met a single person here that I didn’t like. My dogs always come looking and smelling absolutely fabulous! I went to a different "franchise" groomer before coming here and let’s just say I was not given warm and fuzzy feelings so I was absolutely thrilled when I found petbar Arcadia and everyone was so wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about them. I also won a free membership for a year which was pretty awesome too.

I found them online and had great reviews. I took a shot and booked online an appt for my 2 girls. On day of the appt I was greeted and introduced to the groomer. She went over how I like them groomed and I felt comfortable right away. They were their for about 2 hrs and when I picked them up they looked amazing. I will definitely be a back for all my girls grooming needs.

Took my handsome 5 month old in yesterday to get his first full service grooming done. My dog Maverick is a very sensitive and dramatic baby when it comes to him getting his nails trimmed. Not only were these groomers fast, but they genuinely put love and care into the animals, and my little guy left happy. Will definitely be back!

I can’t thank this place enough, this was my puppy’s first time and they were so patient with her since she was so scared. She got a hair cut and her nails trimmed as well, will definitely recommend to all my friends with nervous pups! Nice open area so that they are as comfortable as possible. They are awesome! Very easy going and you can tell they love dogs. No need to worry about them treating your dog poorly and best of all they have an amazing service! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to go on there own or if there looking for someone to do all the work for them!

I scheduled an appointment at 1:30. I paid $40 up front. I called to say that I would be 12 mins late. The person that answered the phone said she needed to check. She came back to the phone and said she could not accept my dog. I asked if I could at least get a bath and brush which cuts a lot of time out and he can get a full groom another time. She said no! I asked if I could get my money back or reschedule and was told, no! I am very upset because I believe you she always try to accommodate your customers within reason. I have noticed the response. What you have stated in your response is not true. I requested for the owner to call me in regards to the way that I was treated. This is not the first time that I have been treated disrespected at this business and made to feel like I am not welcomed. I would have appreciated a call and for this to be handled in a professional and respectful manner. Instead my money was taken and there was no call.

How do you review a place that provides a great service for your dog and then charges nothing! This wonderful organization offers are 100% free first self bath, I brought my great Pyrenees and I was there over for two hours, they helped me over and over again and never asked for anything! I went there completely nervous, and I walked away with an absolutely beautiful and clean Dog! And if I had paid, it only would’ve been $25, I never knew I could save this much money and actually washing your own dogs. Get you really close to your dog in a way that you never did before. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
