Just picked up my foster from his appointment and am so pleased with his makeover! I knew he would be difficult, but Jennifer is professional & confident. I would highly recommend her!
This groomer may be unassuming based on its location, but they absolutely live up to the five-star reviews that initially caught my attention. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they did a wonderful job accommodating us on short notice while being patient and attentive with our anxious dog. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a dog groomer.
I was always so nervous bringing my anxious rescue dog to a groomer, but the team at Ruff Haus completely put my mind at ease. They were so patient, and my dog came out looking incredible and wagging her tail! Highly recommend to anyone in Pittsburgh!

☺️ I highly recommend Jen, especially if you have a nervous pup. Our one eyed eskie was a nervous growler and failed every grooming attempt; I had other groomers call me to pickup a soaking wet dog they were afraid to finish. Then, we found Jen! She was confident that she could help us and she was so great with him, understanding and caring. She ended up being our groomer for years, and our little guy is now passed, rest his little soul 😇. I'm excited to know she now has her own salon that we can bring our next pup to.
Jen and her daughters took care of our Aussie since she was a puppy. We never had one issue and always knew our dog was in great hands while being groomed. We would highly recommend. Thank you guys for the way you loved and cared for Sydney over the years!
Highly recommended. Jen and her daughters are great with pets!. Call first, even for walk in...if busy, they call right back. Brought my 2 dogs for nail trims. Jen is so good! Usually Ruby gets nervous and snaps, but didn't. No muffle required. Jen talked Ruby thru it and was pain free with no cries. Definitely going to return. The compassion and care are unmatched. Drove from the airport area to Bankesville Ave. , as Jen was recommended to me. So glad we did.
