The Kennel Room / Cat n Dog Grooming By Joyce

I have an "older" kitty that ended up with lots of matted fur ( she has long hair):I tried several things on line & nothing worked. I did find Joyce & after a little phone tag, my Stormy had an appt. I picked her up about an hour or so after dropping her off.....she had NEVER been to a groomer.......she was a little " rattled" when I 1st brought her home, but I could see how comfortable she was after Joyce groomed her. She was a very happy kitty!!!!!! And I was a very happy kitty MOM !!!!!!!!!! I would recommend Joyce to anyone that needs a pet groomed in any way!!!!! She did an awesome job with MY Stormy!!!!!!!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I brought my dog here to have her groomed before we were going out of town. I spoke with the owner on the phone ahead of time and we scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, she came out and yelled at me, telling that I wasn't supposed to be coming until later. Once we discussed further, she realized that she didn't write down my appointment, and she thought I was another client. She agreed to groom my dog anyway. I explained that she was having trouble seeing and was hot, so we just needed her trimmed up. She said, "Oh, so you want a summer cut?" I'm new to the grooming world, but that sounded good. Upon my return, she had shaved my dog! She's a cavapoo who always looks like an adorable stuffed animal until I brought her here. She completed shaved my dog. She defended herself saying that I said I wanted a "Summer Cut" even though she never explained what that was and wasn't at all what I asked for. She also laughed, responding, "Well, I can't glue it back on." To top it off, there are small tufts of hair that are left on my dog, So even if I requested to have my dog shaved (which I didn't), she even did a bad job at that. Avoid this groomer at all costs!

I’m from out of town. I have a white Persian cat and I needed to find someone to groom him. My sister had recommended Joyce whom she had met. I called Joyce. She was so so nice on the phone. I was really looking forward to see her. Her history grooming. Animals was impressive.. so I dropped my cat off and I came back to pick them up within an hour. He looked beautiful, so so handsome she did such an amazing job. She didn’t need to use a cone. She believes that her in the cat bond and she hold her cat close to her as she groom them she gains there total total trust. My cat came home. He’s strutting around the house. He loves loves loves his haircut. I can’t say enough about Joyce, but thank you so much for taking care of him. He means a lot to me if anyone needs a cat groomer that would take care of your cat like it’s theirs Joyce is the one. I’m from New York and there’s only one other groomer that my cat trusted as much as Joyce. I highly highly recommend her thank you, Joyce.

Joyce is INCREDIBLE! She does a fantastic job with both of my dogs. It’s a great feeling to know that they are in the care of such a kind person as they are being groomed.

Joyce has always taken great care of my pups. She has many years of experience and is a really sweet person.
