Everyone I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable about their business. Our little girl Marilyn was very comfortable and happy when I picked her up. They did a fantastic job on our golden doodle!

First review I've ever posted about any vendor but wanted to give big applause for Melissa at Brits Bowwow. First groomer I have found in my area that had Irish Setter skills. Awesome!

It's my first time here I came looking for a sooner appointment because my groomer was booked Im so happy I found this location they did amazing job on my dims I may have waited long they was super busy well now I see why they was super busy looking at my dims she is perfect thank you so much

We dropped my daughter’s dog off at 9 o’clock in the morning by 130. She was still not done. I called at noon. They said that it was going to be about another 40 minutes. I waited till 1 o’clock. She was not done. They said probably in about another 15 minutes, I got there and gave them there 15 minutes and she was still not done. They probably could’ve kept her about another 40 or 45 minutes to finish so this place takes too many dogs and they don’t have enough groomers. I would think twice about taking your dog here when I got there they had two dogs in the pen across from the front desk one in a crate two sitting in a glass room where another girl was sitting there grooming, a dog and then my daughters dog and then another lady started grooming a dog so they had way too many dogs for the groomers. This place is a joke. I requested a refund for my daughter and the manager told me that she doesn’t know how to do refunds which I think is a lie because when you’re running a business, you need to know I’ll aspects of the business. I know because I worked in Customer Service for 30 years so Whatever we have to do to get my daughter her money back we’re gonna do

Britt's Bow Wow is fantastic. My dog has always had anxiety going into groomers, but she is always happy to walk in here! The groomers and front desk staff are very friendly, and even make changes to the cut on the spot if you need a quick fix! They also offer teeth cleaning for your dog, too! I'll go here forever!

Walk about Britts Spa a few times when shopping in mall. when passing by I always peak inside. I would see dogs in the window playing. Groomer treated the dogs safety. I walked into make appointment. Riley and I spoke for awhile shop in the store. I booked an appointment for grooming for my 3 year old doodle. Other groomers left head like poodle, one even thought clean feet , might be good idea. Groomer at Brits have a lot experience in doodles. My dog Stuart looked amazing. I never take him anywhere else. I try so many groomers in the area. Every 4 weeks get him a bath , every 8 weeks a haircut. Finally a groomer that will listen and knows doodle cuts and heads

Worst experience at a groomers. Told us $55 over the phone for a cut and a bath, charged me $90 because my cat wasn’t happy about having his hair cut and because supposedly it took more than one person. What cat enjoys getting his hair cut? Then to add to it they didn’t even bath him or cut his nails, yet charged me for all of it. Wife called asking for an explanation and a refund for the services that they didn’t even do but they suggest me taking him back up there a second time so they can finish their job that they couldn’t do right the first time. Thanks but no thanks. Do yourself and your pet a favor and avoid these scam artists. Response to owners response: First of all the very first thing my wife asked about was if you guys offered cutting cat hair! Secondly, I was never told he was only "dry bathed", whatever that even means. I was only told he wasn’t happy about his bath (which I’m sure most cats aren’t). Otherwise, I never would have paid $90 before walking out. Unfortunately, I trusted that your workers completed the job that I was charged for. I didn’t even take him out of his carrier until I got home. So I don’t know when I would have said I was "happy with his haircut" and even if I were to drive my cat back up there again, I highly doubt he would be happier for a second attempt. Don’t you think the honest thing would have been to say "he wasn’t very happy about his bath, so I’m only charging for his haircut?" I never would have agreed for a "dry bath" pretty sure I could have handled that myself. I don’t know, maybe I’m old school and still believe a little honesty goes a long way. I’ve been bringing my dog to your shop since you were located in Westland, which is why I figured I’d give my cat a try. I surely hope the $35 was worth losing a loyal customer over.
