The Polished Paw, Inc

After several years of taking my Pomeranian here, I was shocked at the results this last visit. Clearly it was an inexperienced person they had hired, who was more or less "practicing" and claimed herself to have no experience with Pomeranians - after the fact. My poor dog has chunks of fur missing, bald spots on the body and looks entirely choppy and uneven. I am horrified. To top it all off they took 5 hours and did not even bother to keep me notified as to what the delay was…. Well it became clear once I saw what they had done to my poor dog. To add insult to injury the girl add a $20 extra charge for "undercoat" removal. Absolutely horrified. My dog has been quiet and traumatized since the visit.

Been bringing our pup here for 2 years to get her nails trimmed and have always been told no appointment necessary. Stopped in today was treated rudely and told I should have called they didn't have time. Sadly one person can change your perspective on a business will find somewhere else to go.

Our dog is a Shitzhu, and we keep her hair long so there are very few groomers who even want to attempt to cut her. Melissa does a wonderful job with her and always ensures we are satisfied with our girl’s cut. The entire team at The Polished Paw are great to work with and take awesome care of Harley. ❤️ (click on pic to see full photo after being groomed)

They were completely unwilling to cut my dogs hair how I asked them too. They wouldn’t even try. Claimed his entire back was completely mated, which was false. I brushed him through from skin to the length of his hair on his back before coming and he was not matted. Difficult to work with and did not listen and was completely unwilling to satisfy the customer and get the job done. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED Would not recommend

This was Annie’s first visit to Polished Paws (she is an almost 10 yr old Golden Doodle visiting from Florida), Chris and Rachel did a great job, she really enjoyed her afternoon with you both. See you again at the end of the month

The Polished Paw is great. My dog feels very comfortable at this salon. Sydney has been especially helpful with Hannah, my dog when I first started at this establishment. I would highly recommend Sydney as a groomer for any type of dog. She puts her heart and soul into her work.
