Pretty Paws & Claws

We adopted this anxious wheaten terrier, Toby, a few weeks ago and he was in desperate need of grooming. Toby was extremely scared at the beginning of the appointment, but with Kellie’s expertise, patience, and calm demeanor, he came out a new man! He was so happy after his groom and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Pretty Paws and Claws, especially for fearful/anxious pups! Katie does the most realistic dye jobs! Our dog has been a leopard and a tiger and people actually stop driving in the street to roll down their windows and ask us what kind of dog we have since it looks so real. I would not want anyone else working on our pup.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Pretty Paws and Claws deserves it! I have been taking my 5 year old Labradoodle to be groomed there every month for 5 years. He loves it there and we love that he is safe, cared for and excellently groomed in a friendly and professional environment. Katie the owner is wonderful and so good with animals (and humans) you can tell she really cares about them. I have recommend this business to friends and family who bow happily get their pets groomer here. Keep up the great work and thank you very much for all you do! We take our pup to Katie for regular baths and nail trims. Always very fast and friendly service. Other groomers that work with Katie and out of the same space have been great too if Katie not available.

Kate has been taking care of my Yorkie, Bertie, every month for the past 8 years and has always done a fantastic grooming. Now that Bertie is nearly 17 Kate and Julie take such gentle care of him I couldn't be happier.

I have been taking my blind mini Schnauzer here for grooming for about 3 years. They do a phenomenal job with her, given her unique needs. Kate and her colleagues are so good handling dogs special needs/issues, and they are very accommodating. I am always concerned about her getting too overstimulated in a large space with many dogs, but the smaller space is perfect for my dog’s needs. This is also a great place for a nail trims. I highly recommend taking your pets here!

What an awesome experience! Kellie was kind, patient and went way above and beyond on our 2 teacup yorkies. Highly recommended! Will be visiting again!!
