Pups Parlor

I just had to share how genuinely awesome Pups Parlor is. I drove a solid 35 minutes to get there because friends kept telling me how great they were, and honestly, it was totally worth every minute of the drive. My 13 year old Lhasa Apso, Pepsi, is usually a huge challenge when it comes to getting her nails done. She really puts up a fight. I swung by for their walk-in nail clipping and filing service, which is incredibly convenient, especially since they're often booked solid for other grooming. The team there was absolutely fantastic. They got Pepsi's nails done super fast, perfectly short, and nice and smooth, exactly how I like them. But what truly stood out was the incredible patience and care they showed her, even though she was being difficult. You could tell they really knew how to handle her. This was my first time at Pups Parlor, and I'm genuinely impressed. If you've got a dog like Pepsi who isn't exactly thrilled about nail trims, or if you're just looking for a truly great grooming spot, I can't recommend Pups Parlor enough! They're absolutely fantastic.

I am so impressed with Tori! I was incredibly reluctant to bring Rex - a Border Doodle to a new groomer but I really wanted to support a groomer in my neighborhood and I heard great things about Tori from a bunch of doodle owners that were chatting at CellerDog. Tori made it easy to schedule and calmed my nerves and reassured me when I inquired about her previous yelp review from another doodle owner. I sent her pictures of previous haircuts and how I prefer Rex to be groomed. She nailed it and I picked up my happy dog a few hours after I dropped him off. The picture I’m attaching is a couple weeks after his grooming so he looks a little bit longer than he did when I picked him up. I love the cute bandanna that Tori put on Rex! I will definitely bring Rex back to Tori and I’m hoping I found his forever groomer!

Tori and the Pups Parlor crew are the best! They do a great job making my somewhat anxious doodle feel safe and welcomed. My pup even does her excited whine when she realizes we’re headed to Pups Parlor. Highly recommend!

Tori is the BEST! Lilly loves her and will speed up the walk once we are close to Pups Parlour. I can't get her off leash fast enough so she can say hi to her best groomer friend! Tori provides excellent service, is calm and patient with each pup. Lilly leaves happy and keeps turning around wanting to go back once she's done. Highly recommend Tori's great service also supporting a local shop.

So happy to have found Pups Parlor! They took such great care of my baby. They were gentle with her and didn’t push her too hard as she does tend to get anxious! Thanks again and see you soon 🙂

My pup did amazing with Tori and he's normally a big 🐔 but she had him at ease and got his ears cleaned and pedicure💅 done in no time at all 🐕!!!

Oliver got a much-needed facial and nail clean up on a walk-in and I can't wait to get him back for the full treatment at least he can see again nice people and they know dogs
