Petco Grooming

Extremely happy with the top notch grooming services provided at this Petco. They were patient and kind to my mom's dog which hadnt been professionally groomed before.

Great service , great groomers . I have used them for ten plus years . Recently I am not sure what changed but they cram many dogs at same time . My last visit they said " we’ll call you in 2 hours - that became 4 hours . Today again they told me " well call you in 2 hours " I tried to wait around the area and kill time . That ended up being SIX hours . I understand 10-30 min late but running four hours behind is unprofessional and not sure what changed . Also I finally got enough grooms to claim my free one and they give you 3-4 weeks to use it or it expires that is ridiculous aka it’s a useless free groom

They always do a great job grooming my dog and are very friendly! She always looks adorable and smells great after. The report cards they give out are so cute!

Groomers were very busy on a Saturday but didn’t skip on making sure my dog was properly cared for. We go to Sinking Spring petco often because the groomers and store team are fantastic.

Very frustrating experience this time. From receiving a phone call offering a 20% discount if I came in this week to being informed that I would not be given the discount because I "booked online" (which i have always done) to the less than cordial interaction had with the Sr. Groomer, then during checkout, grabbed a dog toy from the prominently displayed "50% Off" bin and was told the item selected did not qualify. The item chosen from directly under the SALE sign. Extremely disappointing visit that will not be repeated in the future.

Petco always does a good job with our Bella. I do think the price is a little high since she does not require a cut.

Our puppy’s first groom turned out perfect thanks to the team at this salon - especially Audra S.
