PetSmart Grooming

Very disappointed with this PetSmart groomer. I clearly explained how I wanted my dog’s haircut and even showed them a photo as a reference. Despite that, they completely ignored my instructions and gave my dog a very bad and uneven cut that looks nothing like what I asked for. When I spoke to the supervisor, the only response I got was that they couldn’t "put the hair back" and that the only thing they could do was not charge me. That was not the point at all. I wasn’t asking for a refund—I wanted the job done correctly in the first place. This is about poor workmanship and not listening to the customer. I trusted them with my pet and left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this location if you care about how your pet is treated or expect them to follow simple instructions.

Very disappointed. Upon noticing my pet was matted when I recieved him back he was completely bald ( which depending on how matted he was i understand how low the cut needed to be) BUT he was cut very uneven, he still had hair in his eyes that I had to cut. Everything just looked like I could have done it at home for 70 bucks. This experience has brought me to the decision of just taking care of his grooming myself. Very very disappointing, PetSmart is where I have been taking my pet since I got him. I guess they are not the same from state to state.

Staff are so sweet and kind💖 they are so patient with my wanna be murder claws cat and I commend them so much on dealing with him🤣 the girl who does his nails is just wonderful. And price wise its absolutely amazing! Our vet wanted to charge $60 to cut his nails and put caps on but here its only $25

Not LGBTQ friendly. Manager Stacy misgenders people on purpose after being told the correct pronouns. I made an appointment for my dogs to get groomed and when I arrived the manager was super short and told me to wait outside, I said I had an appointment at 9:30 am and I just wanted to let them know I was here. The manager responded that so did everyone else. Once it was my turn to be inside the manager called me madam to which I replied that my pronouns were they/them. The manager continued misgendering me and smirking when I pointed out my pronouns until I had enough. I was on the verge of tears and didn’t want to break down in front of these people so I told them I was leaving and they could cancel my appointments. I saw Stacy follow me through the store and I remembered I had signed paperwork so I turned around to ask if I could have the paperwork I had signed and I was told that I couldn’t have it and they do not give it out. Stacy continued to interrupt me so I just walked away and left.

Originally too my dog to Soos Creek for grooming but it was over $70 so i tried Petsmart and was better, and only $57. Jennifer there is amazing, been going to her for years now with my pom 🥰

I got in quickly and when I picked up Bella all clean and looking sharp I was surprised at the $23 dollar charge, I thought it was more then that but didn't notice till I got home. I left a $10 tip for her and I'm sure she was very surprised! The only thing was Bellas nails. A few were a little ragged but no big deal..just grinded a little bit and done! I should mention it was only Bellas second time there and the gal sat with her for a little bit as I left I saw her freak out but she was picked up and calmed down. For the life of me I can't remember the groomers name but she had.some green hair and tats and was adorable! Thank you

Even though I took Red for a happy visit. Just so he could get acquainted with the staff. They were closing and very helpful to us I totally appreciate them for their time as they were off the clock. They are truly professional and kind.
